Yesterday, my cabin filter was replaced, to better cope with the fine particulate matter coming from forest fires. The work was done as a courtesy, free of charge.That was a thoughtful gesture that Nissan did for its customers. In addition, my car was washed, as it always is, when any work is done. I’m very pleased with the service I get from Pembroke Nissan. The quality of my Nissan Rogue matches the excellent quality of the service they provide.Roland Emery

I went into Pembroke Nissan last week as the fob to our Titan wasn’t working properly. Not knowing much about this stuff, I was thinking perhaps a new one would be required. Thank goodness Tiffany at service helped me out, and embarrassing to me, it simply needed a new battery. I was very happy that my fix was super cheap. Thankful she was honest and didn’t just try and convince me I needed a new fob altogether seeing I wouldn’t know better. Always very satisfied with the service we receive at this location.

I own a Toyota. Every winter without fail, my heat shield falls off. Every year without fail the Toyota dealership tells me it can not be reattached, and I must pay an arm and a leg to have it replaced. I brought my car into Nissan, and they were able to reattach it just as I was hoping, for next to nothing! Great service, and friendly staff!

Have had great experiences here both with the service department and for sales. For sales, Jade is fantastic, she really cares about helping you find the right fit and isn't pushy. If you are a woman hesitant to go to a dealership alone, Jade treats you with respect and honesty, no need to deal with old school misogyny!

Up until today I have found the service excellent I have had my vehicle serviced twice since the new owners 401 Group took over. Today was supposed to be an oil change, turned out they went and did a service level 3 at over 500 dollars, I was of course expecting under a hundred. I had wondered why it was taking so long. I paid the money because I did not review the form when I signed, even though it was not discussed with me. I was very clear I wanted just an oil change. I am never doing business there again. I bought my car new at Pembroke Nissan in 2017 and they had done all of my service.

Nissan Pembroke was great to us. My wives 6 month old murano was totaled and they held 1 for us 1 month till the insurance settled with us. Oscar Jade and Ada did a great job. This is our 4th vehicle with them.

The sales staff are great. At no time during the sales transaction did I feel pushed or pressured to purchase the vehicle. I came in to the dealership in the morning and by afternoon the transaction was complete and I drove away in my new vehicle.The service department is always friendly and does their utmost to accommodate service appointments and parts requests.Thank you Pembroke Nissan!!
