Chef Nicholas was amazing from start to finish .He went out of his way to accommodate our menu and made every attempt to work with us so we were happy.The food was delicious and every one loved it.He has a lovely manner and felt like part of the family by the end of the evening.He was incredible did everything with ease and expertise .If you want a great evening with delicious food and a great chef hire chef Nicholas.We loved our experience !Honey and Guy.

This was our second event with Chef Nicholas and, as before, it was amazing! This year he helped us with a Robbie Burns feast and it was perfect in every way. I highly recommend Chef Nicholas for any event you might be planning!

Chef Nicholas is amazing at what he does. I must say the service was nothing short of exquisite. My friend hired him for her 25th birthday dinner and we had a great time. Chef Nicholas arrived early he was so friendly too and right away we felt very comfortable. Every course we were served was a hit. Guys hire Chef Nicholas you would not regret.

Chef Nicolas spent 4 days with us at a cottage in Muskoka to help us celebrate our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. He was nothing but professional and served us gourmet food 3x a day! He made our experience so relaxing so that we could just enjoy family time without worrying about food preparation. We highly recommend Chef Nicholas!

I wanted to do something different this year for my family for Christmas! Stumbling across Chef Nicholas I was sold when I spoke to him on the phone. I hired him to cater dinner for my Mum & Grandad, and boy did he make it a special night for us! Delicious food and wonderful conversation - Chef does not dissapoint! I can hardly wait until next year so we can hire him again.

Fantastic meal prepared for a Rabbie Burns Supper and a 'British' breakfast the following morning for up to 12 of us. I have contracted Chef Nicholas to prepare this weekend repast for many years and haven't been disappointed. He is very good

Chef Nicholas was amazing. I got him for my birthday dinner with 3 of my friends and we all loved it. Very time conscious, very polite and let me tell you, the food was so good! He made my friends and I feel so comfortable and he’s very friendly. He cleans up after cook too! I would definitely recommend his services and would hire him again!
