The service here is incredible! I cannot emphasize this enough. In my 9 years of owning a Jeep (which I love) the one bad thing has been continuously disappointing dealership experiences. This was my first time at Kootenay Chrysler Dodge, they were recommended to me by a friend because I needed some recall work and some suspected safety issues worked on. My Jeep has 250k km on it, so it was due for a bit of an overhaul.My entire experience was great. Montana was the service rep and she was incredible. She was great at communicating and updating. She answered any questions I had about the services being performed. She helped me work around my schedule with a loaner car. Pictures were provided for every piece of equipment that was recommended to be worked on. A priority list was created of what needed to be done, and what could wait to a later date if I chose that route. I received a text update and summary after the initial explanation of work required and a complete breakdown of costs. In my experience, this is over and above what every dealership and mechanic shop has ever done.The mechanic, Matthew, also did a great job. His notes on my receipt were detailed and specific. His work seemed thorough, and he was the first mechanic that was able to identify a clunking noise I had been trying to figure out for almost 2 years. I had forgotten about it and just gotten used to it, thinking it was something to do with the rotors, and now it's finally gone.I am so happy with my interactions with everyone at this dealership, and mostly I am happy that my Jeep is back on the road and feels reliable again.Thank you.

I'm from oit of town and went in for a simple question about a locknut on my spare tire.Jackie at the service desk was a huge help. NOT!!!She was actually quite rude and condescending. Refused to even look at it. And told me she had no room in the day to put it on a hoist.(Not sure why it would need to go on a hoist to loom at a locknut on the rear end of my eep wrangler)I had mentioned my experience at the service desk to many people who live in town including the tire place that replaced my flat tire.EVERYONE KNEW EXACTLY WHO I WAS TALKING ABOIT AND IMMEDIATELY SAID oh yeah

Customer service was refreshingly down to earth and these guys and gals go the extra mile! Very impressed with the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends and family here. Key words for for Google : friendly, low prices, honest!

I had an excellent experience with these guys. I neglected to ask for synthetic oil when I got an oil change done on my truck. There was absolutely no hesitation to put it back into the shop and make me happy. Totally my fault and they went the extra mile to make it right for me. i know that this type of thing is very frustrating for everyone invovled. Apologies to all inconvenienced by my stupidity. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Great experience, I was chatting with Fred for a couple months in my search for a vehicle. He was very professional, kind and patient. He was also very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I was quite picky in the process and changed my choice of vehicle a couple times but he was always willing to search around for what I was looking for and within my budget. I did not actually end up buying a vehicle from him as the exact vehicle i was looking for ended up being at a different dealership but I still appreciate the help and time Fred invested as it helped me see what was out there and get a good idea of the product and the price ranges!

Terrible customer service with the exception of Miranda (she’s been nothing but lovely and professional). I have never witnessed such condescending and rude behaviour directed towards customers in my life! Definitely will not be coming back or recommending this dealership to anyone!

Worst customer service ever! The gal in the service department is rude and has NO knowledge of how things work , but she thinks she is a master mechanic ! nope ! Take the time and go to Okanagan Chrysler for hassel free repairs and service

After going through a bit of a service issue on our other truck... Shanna & Ken jumped in full force to see what they could do to make us happy. We ended up upgrading our truck completely and working with them to get everything we wanted in our upgrade which was nothing less than an AMAZING experience from there forward.Shanna was so efficient, easy to talk to and understanding of everything we wanted. She got everything sorted for us quickly with no complaints on our end with anything in the process! Shanna and Ken definitely made us long term customers of Kootenay Chrysler.
