Always great service. Only because we’re on an island it general takes a day to get parts, much like Amazon shopping. What I can say is the website is always fantastic for finding the correct parts for the vehicle. Prices are better than Lordco and internet competitive

First class..... this is the first time I have been there, and I was unsure if they would be able to help me as I was looking for parts for an imported Japanese bike..... not only did they have most of the parts I needed..... but they ordered the spark plugs and they were there for 0900 the next day.... and for a lot less than I've been quoted at other parts departments.Very helpful staff.... they googled the bike and made sure that everything was correct for the bike.....Thank you.... I will be back.

Went to Napa in Sidney for a new battery, they didn't have it but the guy radioed the delivery girl and turned around and picked it up in Victoria, I unhooked my old battery but my terminal was broken and the guy who I purchased it from came our and helped me get it going! Excellent service, amazing customer service!! Thanks again, not sure of his name but a big thumbs-up up

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store has a huge hardware section that cant be beat and have hardware you cant buy anywhere else. Tons of marine parts for the local boating scene. I've been doing business with this store for more than 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Skip the crappy Lordco experience and go to Beacon Auto!

Really not impressed. Ordered front and back brake pads for my work truck, they took 13 business days to come in. Went and picked them up and they gave me a sale discount because they took so long to get them. Turned out it was two sets of just front pads, i went in to return them and they said they cant accept discounted sale items on return". What the.... i didn't even fight it...just went to a competitor. I wont be back

I have learnt that if you are a pro, you will get competitive pricing here, at least equal to any other supplier. On the phone, you will get well informed people who will go out of their way to help you with parts locations and availability. Nothing to complain about here. A trusted source.

Just purchased a gas can here, cost $20. Just before that I bought the exact same one at lordco where I have an account and supposedly get a discount-it cost me $30 plus tax. I needed two, and there was only one left at the first and more expensive stop. Napa just became the first place I will look for all things automove and marine.
