Had a great experience with Andrew and Datalink. He took the time to understand the details of the work I needed to have done and was quick, communicative and very friendly. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Andrew did a small job running a network cable in my house in order to hardwire my PC to the telus box. His communication was clear and provided enough details about the work he intended to complete. Everything he did was perfect.

Andrew helped install several security cameras around my home. He was always quick to respond to questions and came up with a plan that was within my budget. He also came on the weekend so I could avoid taking time off work. I was very happy with his work and would recommend him and DataLink to anyone in need of cabling / installing services.

[JANUARY 23, 2023]Andrew was exceptional. Updated the main switch of our wiring panel and found a great solution to our basement's poor internet. Was able to trace multiple ethernet ports (found dead ones that we assumed worked), installed an access point, and provided with lots of ethernet cables and hooks to let us customize its location. The best part was being able to see step by step what he was doing. Loved his transparency and learned a lot from him. He even labeled some of the wires which the previous contractor never did.[UPDATE: JUNE 15, 2023]We had Andrew install fibre-optic cable into our home. He was very understanding that we did not want any drilling into our stucco exterior walls and visible wires so he came up with an excellent solution that did not hurt the aesthetics of our home. Thoughtful and efficient work. We now can finally install fibre internet thanks to Andrew's amazing job.

Andrew put a lot of work into finding the best solution for getting ethernet from one floor to the next. Very impressed with the dedication to a job well done. Really happy with the results.

Called looking for someone to do an installation at my home. I am well outside their service area but Andrew spent some time with me on the phone anyway and gave me lots of great advice. Love it when people care.

Andrew from data link did an exceptional job for us. Inspected our situation, gave us a few options and suggested the best solution that worked perfectly for our home networking needs. Activated all our wall Ethernet sockets and even installed two new ones based on our needs through the wall. Very clean. Wonderful customer service, highly recommend!

The owner of DataLink Network Services, Andrew, handled my request, and he provided an awesome service. I had an unusual request to have an ethernet port put into a room that didn't have one, and Andrew came up with, discussed, and implemented a solution that worked for me all in 1 quick visit. We talked about all sorts of unrelated things too, and he was really personable. It was a pleasure and the problem I'd wanted to solve was solved by the end of the visit. He even followed up with a well-described invoice marked already paid by email after, even though I'd already paid him on the spot while he was at my place.Andrew also mentioned that DataLink also orchestrates much larger projects, like how they've recently gotten all the rooms in a chain of hotels throughout BC all connected. If I have something larger-scale to get connected, I'll be calling on DataLink.

I hired Andrew to rewire an old apartment and he was able to do a neat and professional job on very short notice. The raceways he installed blend in perfectly with the baseboards and the wall jacks he added match the other outlets and jacks in the apartment. He was extremely responsive throughout the job and provided lots of cost-saving options. I will definitely be calling him next time I have a network wiring job.
