I’m a small landscaper and usually work in Vernon. But I got a connection that gave my name to a kelowna resident.I didn’t want to bring all the materials and needed a local supplier of patio stones. Brian and his team helped me with Price and delivery to make sure we got the job done on time and quote for the client. Actually delivery was almost theee hours ahead as I said I would take ASAP and they pulled it off.I will be using them again. No questions asked.

Was in a bind, needed a few small pieces of wood ripped down on a table saw. We bought the wood from OK builders and didn't think it would be an issue, and hey, they're a woodstore, so if anyone could help us out, it's them. NOPE. They looked at us like fools, said they don't have a table saw to do that kind of stuff. YOU DONT HAVE A TABLE SAW??!! You're a woodstore for Pete's Sake! I was stunned. Anyways. Not a professional outfit. Clearly amateurs. Would not recommend them. Always try and help out smaller, non big box stores but guess what? Rona helped us out in 3 seconds flat. Won't be back to OKB. Sorry, but if this is what a you think a woodstore is, you're clearly mistaken.NOPE.

Warren has the worst customer service ive ever witnessed. Unprofessional rude and arrogant. If it wasnt for michael they wud never get my business. Unreal!

I ordered some product on Wednesday, I needed it for Friday afternoon at 2:30pm. They promised multiple times that the product will be delivered and that we are not to worry and that they will have it all done for us. Promised and promised. I called them on Friday at 1:45pm making sure they were on their way, the guy then said yep it is just being put on the truck now. I said ok. I asked them to call me when the truck was leaving. I waited until 4:30pm, gicibg the driver the benefit of the doubt that maybe traffic was bad. Turns out the close at 4:30pm, trucks go home at 3:00pm and managers like to leave before they close. I never received a phone call, I also finally got a hold of someone who apparently had no clue where delivery papers go and could not help me at all. I got a hold of a nice yard guy today and he said the managers aren't in until monday and that they dont deliver on weekends. They have cost me over $1,000 in labour, machine and fuel costs. I paid them in full almost $2,500 for delivery and the product and yet they prefer to scam their customers by making false promises and yet still able to quickly take the money. Never again will I use these guys, no matter how desperate I am. Totally unprofessional, EXCEPT the yard guy!! He was super helpful and showed that he felt really bad for all of this. If I could I would be 0 stars.
