Sweet Beast Butcher Shop
Not my usual butcher but went when all the other butchers were closed. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. We had there burgers and various other other items. Really good quality and will definitely be going back from now on.

Waited outside for ten minutes staring at a back in five sign 2 hours before closing and they didn't have what I needed (t-bone steaks, really??)Won't be going back.

Great experience! I went in feeling unsure due to having little to no knowledge on what cuts of beef I was looking for. The rep behind the counter was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb for going in with questions. Helped me pick out some steaks as well as provided some great advice regarding preparation. 10/10 would recommend.

I’d like to be able to comment on the product. I went in to buy something and there was a large dog in the shop. Not a service dog, just a dog that a customer had brought in. I love dogs. I was on the way back from waking my dog when I dropped in. Dogs in Canadian tire, fine. Not cool in a butcher shop where they serve food.

Best steaks ever!! We bought 2 strip loin steaks and cooked them up on the BBQ, absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try the burgers and sausages too.Service was excellent, fast and the shop is clean and simple, we will definitely be back.

Stopped in on our way to a friends place and picked up a couple great looking chops and, in my opinion, the best most tender steak I’ve ever had. Great selection of meat. Young lad was very helpful. Recommend highly.

Hands down my favourite butcher shop in Peterborough! Everything I've ever bough has been phenomenal. If you have a gluten intolerance in your household, this is the place to go! It's a huge relief to be able to just grab and go without worrying about ingredients.

The only place we buy meat from now! Not much more expensive than the grocery store. We are so happy they sell fish too, just made a beautiful red snapper escovitch tonight
