Took my classic 1988 Toyota Supra Turbo into Jace at Motorize for detailing, it looks phenomenal! As close to new as you could get for a vehicle that is 35 years old. Would definitely recommend the detailing department to any friends and family.

In both buying and selling a vehicle with Motorize I can honestly say I had a 5-star experience. Julian and his staff were very helpful in explaining features of each vehicle I was interested in and totally up front and low pressure when in came time to buy and sell. Compared to buying an EV at a legacy dealership which specializes in selling internal combustion engine cars, the staff at Motorize know the products they have inside and out. Versions, upgrades, trim levels, real world experiences etc which other dealers just don't have the time to learn. If you are in the market for a near new EV, Motorize should be your first stop.

I appreciated his professionalism as he engaged me, and I never once felt like I was in a high-pressure situation which can usually happen in auto sales.I am in real estate, realizing that an electric car was perfect for my new business model. We went to Motorize with loads of questions about an EV as a second vehicle. Julian was super helpful and patient, as he talked to the various vehicles he had available. He knew about EV travel apps, charging tricks and batteries... all the things we needed to know. Talking to Julian made it easier to decide. It really wasn't as big a deal as we thought. :)

In the process of transitioning to EV’s I purchased a vehicle ( a Leaf) from Motorize while awaiting the delivery of my new Tesla. They were fair and offered to buy back if required. Since then I have opportunity to benefit from their advice when I have had a question regarding electrification and on the road charging. They have always been helpful and represent a new era in creating a positive relationship between dealers and owners.

I'm one of those folks who when looking for a car ends up talking to like 5 to 10 dealers, and I ask a BUCKET of questions (most of which I know the answer too).THESE LOVELY FOLKS, got back to me every time, in writing (yay email!) with kindness, and with knowledge about what they are selling. They gave me a fair price, and of every vehicle I've ever traded in, they made it the easiest (BY FAR) and gave me a price that I could totally live with. I bought a car from Julian and Dylan and their service is truly over and above the standards of any other dealership I've patronised. Responsive and responsible, I have only the best things to say about Motorize. My car had a recall issue and they were in the thick with me until the repairs were fully completed despite the fact that I am located in the lower mainland. Distance was not an issue with them when I ran into issues, as they followed up and cared about my situation. Julian helped me in every way I could only expect a friend to.
