Good afternoon tea. Very nice old heritage building. Friendly, but a little bit slow service. The actual afternoon tea is as so often is not very much and more like some snacks. We really liked the atmosphere, so definitely worth going.

I would not drive all the way here if I were a tourist with limited time in Greater Vancouver. But as a local, it's a nice nook to stop when going to Richmond. Heritage house, tea room, little nice garden. And they have hand made soap, with subtle pleasant aroma, which has made in BC" label - great gift for those from other provicces visiting BC."

London Heritage Farm is still a nice place to visit during Covid 19, though the tea house is not available. I enjoyed the heritage views and atmosphere there and took some pretty photos.

Takes you back in time; reasonably priced high tea and great customer service. One of Richmond's hidden gem. Loved the freshly baked scones. A great place relax, and catch up with friends and family.

Stunning heritage property. Well taken care of. Beautiful Flowers & the Vegetable Allotment was the best we've ever seen.It's a Must Visit on your to-do list.

The farm is a nice place to visit. The old house has been recovered and is so beautiful now! We were welcomed by a lovely staff, who kindly explained to us some details about the farm's history. As the tea service isn't available yet (it'll start on June 20), I bought homemade grape jam. It's easy to get there by public transportation.After getting out of the bus, you walk 1.6km while enjoying a beautiful landscape. In addition, that part of Richmond is appropriate to ride a bike and walk.

If you visit Steveston and go to the Cannery and the Britannia Ship Yard, it's worth a further short trip down the road to go visit. There's also a really nice river beach located right beside for a picnic etc.

London Farm Heritage house has plant sale every May. Flower gardens open to public to browse throughout changes of seasons. Not sure if teahouse dining open again but gift shop should be open.
