Bought a after market key for a Lexus!They were the only Locksmith in Kelowna, Vernon and Kamloops that sounded confident to cut the key and program the functions for doors and starting.At least half of how much Lexus could do one.And in close to a hour or so! Very Friendly service as well!

Exceptional service. We had taken a small safe in that to another place on the in the Norkam area and the guy what is to leave it and was a bit rude.We went to Interior and they had it open in 30 seconds and cut a replacement key before we could even ask. Took under 10 mins.

Went in their to get my car keys cut. They were really helpful and quick in their service. Other locksmiths in town tried to charge me a fortune for a simple job. I really love what they are doing and the only locksmiths in town that are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them over any locksmith in town.

Recently had an issue with our front door lock. They responded within 30 minutes and saved the day - were able to help us get access into our home without having to drill any locks. Two days later they were able to replace both the front and back door locks on our house. Great Great service on both occasions. Finally, I went to get a few extra keys cut, they totally hooked me up. Super quick, professional and friendly service. Will use them again if I have any further lock or key issues. 10 out of 10.

Amazing service, fast turnaround and very helpful staff. Much cheaper to get a spare car key cut and programmed here than at a dealership. In my case I saved over $350 and they made it quick and easy

Super helpful and friendly. Amazing to deal with from everything from a spare key being cut to helping problem solve a jammed locking mechanism. Can't recommend enough!

Do not recommend. The lady who works here can easily convert a 2 hour job in an 8 hour job. Just paid over thousand dollars to replace hinges on 4 doors. Hinges were provided by me so just the labour was that expensive. They charge for hourly rate and on top charge for service call fee as if they could do their work remotely. If you are a typical Canadian sheep who bends over for everytime someone wrongs you, hire them by all means. The lady literally spent 1 hour in smoke breaks and another 40 minutes or so for walks between her truck and the site to find various things like battery charger, drill bits, etc.

I called their 24/7 line when I was locked out of my house and they have yet to call me back (this was over a week ago).Service has been good in the past when I visited the store for getting keys cut but expected some better service from a 24/7 locksmith.
