Above and Beyond! During on the hottest and busiest summer weeks, technician went out of his way to make sure that a local women's and children's homeless shelter received air conditioning service fast! The tech was very professional and systematically went through the diagnostics and the end result was that we saved hundreds of dollars. The tech was here for almost 3 hours and the charged us only 180.00 Less than I am sure it cost technician to do the job. We are very grateful and would highly recommend pro west heating & Air Conditioning Inc,.

Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning
Our HVAC stopped working and I called to request an appointment. Customer service told me that their schedule was pretty busy for the day but they would try to fit me in. Brad (I think), the technician, was here within two hours of my call and replaced our capacitor, and was out the door in 15 minutes!! He was so friendly, positive, and professional! I will definitely use this company again!

Our experience with Dave was great. Our system crashed after 30 days of buying our home. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a new system,Sean Connelly came out and explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us and our home. He was very professional and thorough.The whole experience was great.The workers that came out and installed the system were extremely nice and cleaned up after they were finished and were very informative about the new system.

We were so impressed with Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning. We called on a Friday evening, and they were at our house first thing the following Monday. They even brought 3 window units and installed them for us to use while they worked on replacing our heating and air unit. They were always right on time, very professional, and courteous. Really can’t recommend them enough.Great business that is responsive or all our needs and really takes the time to diagnose the issues I had it with my previous heat pump (compared to another company in town). Dave made the whole process simple and understandable and gave us a fair deal on a new installation. They’ve definitely earned our business.
