Our experience with Eagle Lake Nurseries was great! The staff were very friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with our plant selection process. We were given great information on the different plant species. We are very happy with the outcome of the product since planting. Our yard looks incredible, and the neighbour’s are envious. We would highly recommend Eagle Lake Nurseries to anyone and everyone.

I bought trees and shrubs from them last year. Several didn't make it, but they dont warranty any of their stock, like all other nurseries do (way to stand behind your product). When I called, the person I spoke to said she can't replace any of my dead products but would offer a discount and she would call me back. Its been a week and she never did. Terrible customer service, will never go there again.

We had a heck of a time finding a green roof provider for our Mardaview garage. Nathan was the first person who could give us the information we needed (roof load specifications plus an accurate cost estimate) and we were not disappointed with the results.It is totally cool how the roof changes colour and texture over the spring summer and fall. Weeding is easy and the system Eagle Lake provides will protect and extend the life of the roofing membrane. If we ever have to repair the garage roof, all we do is remove the trays of sedums, fix the leak and replace the trays. Easy Peasy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, I am so glad that they sell to the general pubic again! As I am an experienced gardener I understand that NO company can provide a guarantee against mother nature. I have NEVER had an issue with any of the staff and find that they are always pleasant, and go above and beyond. I would like to wish them a very Happy 50th Anniversary, And hope that they celebrate many more!!!! Keep up the great work!

Beware of price changes on their website. Recently tried to order from them. On pick up day, they told us they do not honor their website pricing, even though the current price is displayed blatantly.
