They haven't even opened officially yet and I already plan to be a repeat customer! I came in looking for an espresso and left with a sample of a gluten free brownie, a delicious gelato and a quick tour hosted by a wonderful friendly lady. I will be back soon!

One of my favourite locations, this charming store has the best gelato! Pistachio is my favourite and I recommend the Pistachio Gianduja chocolate the best I've ever had! Everything is made in house at the flag ship location in Unionville which I love. Service is also greatA must stop if in Waterloo!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My girlfriend brought home some cupcakes from the new location and they were all so very delicious, as well i got to try the Pistachio Gianduja chocolate and i must say they are to die for. We will definitely be returning back there for our new favourite sweets.

We checked this place out after seeing a movie across the street. I am SO glad we stopped in! Do you want chocolate? Cake or a cookie? A hot chocolate? Gelato? Ice cream?they've got it! And the ice cream is so good!! The picture isn't great, but I forgot to get this done early enough before I ate most of it! I'll be back soon.

Disappointed with the service today. I am a repeat customer. Took my friends to this place after trying their sweets last Sunday. We were on the line waiting, then the employee skipped us because she said we’re not yet ready. She did not even asked us if we were ready in the first place (i guess she assumed). Not even sure if she apologized. My friends and I just decided to leave and get dessert somewhere else.

Love it!! The ice cream, gelato, and chocolates are all so inticing and are just the beginning. The esthetic is amazing. I'm so glad there are more locations. This will be a must stop every time I am in Waterloo.

My wife brought home a collection of truffles and they were totally amazing. Full of super fresh flavours (for instance the mojito one tasted of freshly muddled mint from a garden) plus they looked amazing too!

Visited this place multiple times but loved it even more todayIt was a bummer to see that there was no Ferrero rocher gelato when I went inBut Seba suggested me to try the bueno gelato and I’m impressed and happy10/10 customer service
