I love the blond girl, we had a great chat and she got my order efficiently. Someone ahead of me in line gave her a hard time about not having whole wheat buns, so I appreciate she was still able to get on with my order smoothly. Food was great

This is HANDS DOWN the worst Tim Hortons anywhere in the province. The service is excruciatingly slow, the workers barely competent, and there is apparently no management to oversee or correct how completely terrible this place is. I spent 35 minutes in line today for a cup of coffee and a cup of tea. 35 MINUTES. They aren't making steaks or burgers or anything even remotely complex. Sandwiches. That's it. And the patrons don't even select toppings - they get what they get.This is not a difficult job. There are lots of people out there who could do this with more efficiency and accuracy than this, but really, just don't waste your time with this location. You can literally drive to the one down the road faster than you can get through the lines here. In fact you could probably walk in equal time. Might as well get some fresh air and exercise while you go to get your coffee rather than wait to slowly die in line at this one.

The blond girl who is usually making the sandwiches is very slow and very unfriendly. I don't expect conversation or anything when I get a bagel, but I've never seen her smile and she mumbles when she calls out the orders. She also stops to talk to other employees when she has multiple things done and sitting on her cutting board.

Consistently out of menu items. Usually at lunch rush. You are typically not informed until after ordering (and paying).These items include but are not limited to:-Wraps-Bread for sandwiches-Lettuce-Sauces like chipotle and ranch-Tomatoes-WedgesThis location has been consistently awful since opening.

They work SO HARD at this location, and the food and drinks are always made to perfection. I am a student and get to class on time when I order here, with time to spare. Always fast and friendly service. Sherri is especially great when serving me, always has a smile and exhibits great customer service behaviour. Bravo
