Very honest and professional staff. Always prefer to get my car here for any sort of maintenance issues.

I started having break issues and was able to get in right away. The team did a great job fixing the problem. In my opinion, they went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a soon to be issue as well. It took a bit longer than expected but was worth it in the end.

We are from Winnipeg. 4 hours into our 2-day journey to spend Christmas with my husband’s family on Vancouver island, and our jeepStarted vibrating and then making louder and louder noises…. Knowing we are 10 minutes out from Regina I looked up car/tire repair and phoned the top search -MIDAS! As soon as I called and told themAbout our predicament, without asking any questions he gave me the address to put in our Google Maps. Within 5 minutes of our arrival, the problem was identified, but knowing we were heading to the mountains, he asked if he could Check our back breaks as the front brakes had some issues. 15 minutes later, after showing my husband the issues, and putting together a quote, they put 3 guys working on our front and rear brakes, and had us fixed and out on our journey within about 90 minutes! Wow!We told them just how incredibly grateful we were to have found out the issue before heading into the mountains, and enough can’t be said about how they welcomed us and our two puppies (they are each around 3 lbs and don’t do cold weather well), offered us every seat in the house and made our dream of taking our family toVancouver Island possible!As we were sitting there, we heard several phone calls and witnessed a gentleman try to get an oil change, It became very evident that although they did not need our business, and were clearly busy… they took the time to show Care and concern and truly saved Our Christmas!Huge huge thank you to Jarrod C, A Abdul and Nicole Walker - for their kindness, expertise and incredibly generous gift ofTime! My car battery died. I called on Monday morning asking if I could bring my car in the next day. They said I could. I got it towed there. They replaced my battery the same day. Excellent service and nice, friendly staff.

Was going to have my rear tires changed on my 2014 mustang GT. Just wanted to take a look inside the liquidation centre this location is right next to. Said I would be 5 minutes and I would be right into Midas. The store manager insisted I leave was rude about it and lost the shop a sale for it. I am not from Regina however I do need tires before I go back home and I will definitely be going to anywhere that isn’t Midas.

I took my car in for what I thought was going to be a long, expensive repair when it started stuttering between changing gears. Midas fit me in as soon as they could, and phoned me within a couple hours detailing what was wrong, what needed fixed, what it would cost, and when it would be done. They had it back to me before they estimated and the cost was exactly what they quoted. I would highly recommend going to this Midas!

Great experience . They were efficient and professional . They explained all the work done on a level to understand without knowing the existing problems .

You can usually get in with only a few days notice. I can’t speak to the price because I don’t shop around. Very convenient for anyone working downtown.

Had my brakes and oil change done at this location because I couldn't get in to my normal mechanic.Service on my vehicle was good, they got me in quickly which was appreciated.I decided to wait for my vehicle and this is where the negative side of my review is.The up selling was ridiculous, it didn't work on me as the vehicle will go back to my normal place, but the scare tactics" language used on a couple who were struggling with their English was shocking

I visited Midas Alert Street 1839 Albert st, Regina for Oil Change services, already booked an appointment few days back.I wanted to consult some professional and make up my mind for my vehicle for some other services, which I thought should be done but after initial consultation. I was on reception asking questions when Manager operations Mr. Jarrod Callan (He introduced) intervened and told me that he is the right person to consult. As I asked him questions about my specific condition, he said it will take money to advice anything. Which I refused as at the moment I had less knowledge about the topic and couldn't decide.When I refused, he almost yelled on me that I am wasting his time and he has to do a lot of work. Refusal to services was ok ( if that were paid) but the behavior was so un- professional and insulting. I could never expect this attitude anywhere.Anyways, I told the person on reception to do the oil change only, it took approx. 40 mins and I prefer to stand outside the office, was not comfortable there. After sometimes, manager showed again with the chair that I can sit and if I pay them money he can listen. I refused any further services for my car and dealing with him especially... This incident gave me an impression that this business has no respect to the customers and insulting them is an ok norm there... very disappointing !!
