Not sure how to feel, I paid cash for my car sitting there a week and wanted it towed to my home.....they added a 400.00 charge for using a wench which shocked me.......London police and others around windsor charge 40.00 per 1/4 hr. Crazy

I've trusted Paul for years and he's worked on several of my cars. He's very honest, trustworthy, fair priced and knows his stuff. Believe me...when you find that combo, you best hang on to it! Awesome service!

I brought my Rav 4 in because it was acting up; it kept stalling and giving me a million error codes. I dealt with the tech named Brandon and he did a full work up on my vehicle for me. In the end it ended up being a computer glitch and he did a hard reset to fix the problem. In the end he didn't end up charging me because apparently it was easy enough to do. The thing is, I didn't know any better and he could have easily taken advantage of me. As a woman, I'm very intimidated by getting car repairs because mechanic at other shops have tried to take advantage of me in the past. In any case, I was super grateful to have finally found an honest mechanic that I can trust. From now on, I will be coming here for every car repair need that I have. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
