If I could, I’d give this location zero stars. I only go here because it’s convenient to where I live and every time I’ve regretted it. Recently went in to buy a laptop for my daughter and sure enough just like every other time it’s impossible to get a staff member to help you. What should only take a half hour turns into an hour of waiting only to find out what they were displaying was out of stock. Don’t go here. Ended up going to Staples which had way better customer service.

I recently purchased a TV and was assisted by Fen. This experience for my wife and I, was truly amazing and I simply wanted to share with Best Buy, that a large part of this positivity was due to the professionalism of Fen. He was the first person that greeted me at the store, and offered assistance in the purchase. He was not only knowledgeable and attentive, but also, he was with me all the way to the checkout process. Thank you Fen for being great at what you do.

Finally snagged a Xbox series X. Saw they had some online. Purchased. Picked up. All went smooth. Also saw a new TV while inwas there and snagged that too. Did a quick Google search checked reviews. Am happy with the purchase . No help from floor staff needed.

Right now is July 5th 2023 at 5:00 pm. The Asian female at the cash counter has lousy attitude. Asked her for a shopping bag for my item & gave me a attitude. Also asked a blond lady for a product check but she was too lazy to do it and “preached” me that everything is on the rack. Which is fine but the way she talked to me like I was being stupid. She talked to me like she wanted to pinch my face. I believe the manager of this shop has a lot to do. Like train your employees well or fire them.

I was denied the purchase of an iPhone 14 which i preordered. The person who was accommodating me assumed i am not purchasing the phone for myself and asked me to leave the store. Horrible customer service.

Tried getting in touch but you can only call through their toll free number. There was no option to speak to an agent, of course. Managed to get my way through the product inquiry and speak to someone finally. Person was nice but sounded like they had just woke up from a nap and told me I had to use the live agent chat online since she didn't have access to product information ( even though that is an option when you call). Used the live chat but when I asked about product information, they replied they couldn't help because they don't have access to that online. They told me I had to go to the store personally and ask their reps. Like, come on. I can't call the store directly, can't speak to someone on the phone who can answer a question, and I can't use online because they don't have the information. I have to drop in person, spend 1 hour to and from ( possibly longer), just to ask some basic questions if they have a product or not? No wonder Amazon is doing so well. Best buy customer service is just lazy and inept. It's almost as though they don't even want business anymore....

Fen helped me find the best TV with his expertise on the features possible (i.e., translated what all the acronyms mean) and explained the benefits of the BB extended warranty. Eder & Alicia at the front desk were very helpful, including helping carry the TV outside and hailing a cab to get it home. Bravo for the efficient and kind service.

Highly recommend! Joseline was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She took her time to explain it to me and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Fen was great in explaining ways on how I could save and have more security for the product for the long term. Great service from the whole team!
