Very busy place, drive thru is quick, but I didn't find them very friendly at the drive thru, but always friendly inside! Still my favorite Tims!

Ordered a French vanilla and they told that the machine is broken after 10 minutes. Then I ordered a mocha latte instead and that took another 5 minutes. Didn’t even receive an apology lol. Looking for some professionalism here Hortons!

I have a lot of patience for service staff because they're not paid enough for the work they have to do. However, my daily order is wrong about 40% of the time. It's a bit more complicated than your typical medium double double, but not extravagant. I wait for the order to appear on screen or for the order to be repeated back to me to make sure it's correct before driving ahead and that seems to help. Also, I find the drive through quick in the morning, but slow during other busy times like lunch or dinner. It's Tim's, I don't expect it to be amazing and it isn't. On the other hand, it's no where near bad enough for me to stop going there.

Always receive service with a smile. Fast even with a line, they prepare my order right. My favorite Tim’s :)

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, that barely had any cream cheese on it. I'm not sure if this is how much that is supposed to be on it but I would have just ordered a plain bagel and skipped the cream cheese. Not impressed.

It's a tims. Super busy with the staff not moving overly fast. Inside line 10 minutes with a similar wait in the drive through.
