Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!I called them to fix my closet (that another company installed and didn't care to fix) at 2:30 and they were available to come within 2hrs to fix it!They fixed the closet and did it in a way that it will never break again. Prompt response & turnaround time. Reasonable pricing and QUALITY WORK!

This company is the worse I've ever encounter!!If icould give them aZERO I would!!First of all they told me the guys would come @5pm to put back my sliding shower door.. 5:50 I called was told they were on thier way.. 6:30.. called again.. they finally showed up 6:45.. they damaged my bathtub & my tiles in the shower.. I noticed shortly after they left the damage they did.. I sent the pics to the boss"No reply.. I called.. noreply.. I was going to get a receipt by email never did.. my landlord & I had to go overthere to talk to them.. the girl at the desk literally calling me a liar..saying that it was probably damaged before they came.. I was furious. She called her boss.. I talked to him.. what an obnoxious person telling me the same thing.. my landlord talk to him in Punjabi.. they sent a guy came & pottied the tub.. which came out 2days later.. I never got the receipt which the receptionist promise she would email.. I called them several ones.. they ever answered nor replied to my calls.. not I've got a hole in my bathtub.Worst experience of my life.. they should be shut down. Extremely unprofessional!!I don't know how to put pics on here otherwise I would."

PLEASE save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company. Very unprofessional in the way they speak to their customers and are defensive when one tries to get an explanation as to why damage was caused to your property while they are installing their products. Our experience was such, in that when they installed the glass railing, closet organizers, and bathroom mirrors, significant damage was caused in which a water line was perforated, our hardwood floors were chipped, and our marble countertops were scratched all over. Instead of admitting to the careless mistakes, which his employees agreed were of their doing, the owner becomes defensive, starts shouting and indicates how this house is nothing

Bought a new build house and this was the company used by the builder to install closet shelving/units. Closet shelf came crashing down within months of being installed. Glad my daughter was not in there at the time. Screws not into studs and just overall poor craftsmanship and workmanship. Customer service was horrible. Was told 3 times they’d be coming to fix it, they never called to come, waited months then finally got a call out of the blue saying they’d come that week. I had to call to see if they were coming on Friday of the week, I was told no that they’d again have to look at the schedule a couple weeks away. Same story as before.Would definitely not recommend this company.

Very unprofessional company. Scratched our countertops when installing the mirrors in bathroom with 2x4 blocks to hold the mirror while it dries by sliding the blocks on the countertop. They also drilled a screw into our water line and the Plumber had to be called in to shut off the water and repair the punctured line. They even installed the closet organizers before we could even patch the drywall! Lastly, they scratched our stair treads by resting the 10mm glass on top of the stair treads for stair railings without any protective coverings placed. Fine Glass did not take any ownership in the damages caused and made a very big issue when we deducted payment for extra costs occurred from damages, to the extent the company went to collections to recover deducted payment. Please save yourself the hassle and extra expenses by not hiring this company.
