We Fix It Phone Repair

I feel it took too long, the place is understaffed. There could be a better system, they said 2 hours but because people came in after me and got waited on right away. So my repair gets pushed back because they have to wait on others, but I was there before them. Just doesn't seem right! Other than that everything else was good. The place was very busy, so yes I feel more than one person should be working at a time.

Went to the location on a weekday evening to get a battery replaced in my phone. Was told on my first stop they did not have a technician to do it. So I went back on a Saturday and was told that I needed to make an appointment and that I should do it online. I went home and set the appointment up for the following Monday evening at 6:30 and received an email confirmation. Before going to the location for a third time (I received no call to reschedule), I called and was told, there would be no technician on duty.....so I rescheduled to the following afternoon at 4:00. When I showed up on Tuesday at about 3:50, was told that the technician had a sick child and would not be in. So this my third time to the store just to get a battery replaced. And my fourth contact. During my third visit, my battery finally did get replaced and ironically enough from the very first person who told me she could not do it because she was not a technician. Very upsetting....but in the end, they gave me 50% off the bill and the battery was ultimately replaced. They need much better scheduling and communication if they intend to stay open.

Place is a joke... customer service was horrible. I called a week ahead of time to make an appointment and was told it would take an hour to repair my screen so I arranged my day off around the time they told me would work best. I got to the store 10 min early where the guy in the back was to busy playing on his computer to come out and help me even after 2 more ppl walked in after me. Then the lady that was helping a customer came back inside (after already waiting 15 min) and took my info and such to start the process. Then she told me my Phone would be done in 6 hrs because they had 3 ppl walk in earlier so they are now ahead of me... walk in.... not an appointment. appointments and a schedule obviously don’t mean anything to these ppl. Then the guy finally chimed I’m from the back room saying these take a 1 1/2 each phone... after researching it a person that performs this task daily should be able to do this in 10-15 min...

The staff was so helpful, friendly. Even gave advice about a present I want to buy for Christmas. Explained the pros and cons.They really gave me their time. I appreciated that.As far as my repair, I just got my iPad home and have to charge it for 4 hours. But so far so good!I recommend this Batteries plus based on service alone! Thank You!

Took 3 hrs, a bit over priced. Wouldn't install screen saver unless you purchased there over priced ones, at three times the price. Found a scratch or residual glue on screen, of course it was after I got home and was installing screen saver myself. Poor customer service and execution of new screen install. But it's the only show in town. Needs competition to drive price down and improve customer service.

I want to take my time and show my appreciation for the ladies who work at the Fond du lac store. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, were incredibly pleasant and made my experience positive. I would recommend this store to anyone for a Myriad of reasons, they are very knowledgable, tech-savvy and personable.

What awesome service we got! Sales manager was super friendly and very helpful. She knew we were on a time crunch and she got our repair done super fast. We were very happy with the quality of the repair and knowledge! We will definitely recommend and come here again for any future repairs. Thank you so so much!!!!

This location has the friendliest staff who are very knowledgeable! This was the second time I had to take my phone in to get my screen fixed. The staff was very efficient at getting the phone fixed and getting it back to me. The affordable screen protection plan they offer is just the cherry on top! I will recommend this place over and over and over!!!

Robert and Tyler were great- took care of my phone's glitchy screen.They were able to change my dying battery at the same time. I didn't call ahead or set up an appointment. I needed to leave it there for a few hours, but this is WAY better than waiting for Apple's service and then paying their ridiculous prices!!! Thank you Batteries Plus!!!!

iPhone wasn’t charging. Stopped in to see if they could help after our carrier could not. Less than 5 minutes later they had the charging port working and we were on our way. Thank you Robert! Highly recommend!
