Lowe's Home Improvement

I almost always get good service in Lowe's. Usually don't have any difficulty finding someone to ask and if I do they have the call buttons. But mostly they will ask if you need help. Their competitor is much closer but I will usually take the drive to Lowe's instead.

Enjoyed going to purchase my patio furniture. It was 25% off! The service counter called a young man to get it for me. He was so helpful and quick getting it together and help my daughter and I load it.

Went into this branch of Lowe's twice in two days over the weekend. A female employee (I forgot to ask her name) was very helpful in locating a couple of 20-20-20 fertilizer that is on sale, hidden on the ground in the garden center underneath some misplaced products.And then I went in again a second day and Andrew was very helpful in guiding me to find Ken in the plumbing department who took time to help me find a screw of the exact size to replace a stripped screw on my outdoor valve.So many thanks to the team of great Lowe's employees for being professional, friendly and helpful, the lady (in the garden department (?) who helped me find the 20-20-20 fertilizer), Ken in plumbing, and Andrew.Note to store manager: Please help me find the lady who helped me find the the fertilizer and thank her for me!3 out of 3 great Lowe's employees, great job! Keep up the good work and I hope all your employees stay professional, friendly and helpful ALL the time. Even finding a tiny simple screw means a lot for person being helped! (No more annoying loose valve to deal with anymore, I hope!)

Went in to purchase an 8 x10 outdoor rug. I located what I wanted and went to customer service to enquire about how I might get it home after purchasing. The answers were 1) Rent a van. 2) pay $75 delivery. I asked if there was anyone in the store who might help me get it off the shelf and help me get it to my car, assuming it would fit into it. I was loaned a tape measure. As I have mobility issues and was parked in a Handicapped Spot right outside the ENTRANCE doors an alarm went off when I tried to go out them. Right then a young man, Eric came along and not only let me through Customer Service. This helped me avoid the alarmed gate and having to walk the entire width of the store to get to the EXIT! He then helped me measure my car, accompanied me back into the store and physically hoisted the rug on his shoulders. He took me through the Garden Centre checkout and exit to avoid the long walk to the regular checkouts. He then loaded the rug in my car doing his best to ensure I had clear vision. Talk about Customer Service!! He told me that he’d been working at that location for a few years as ‘loader’ and ‘cart wrangler.’ GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! Or better yet, put him in charge of “Customer Service.” He actually understands the concept! Thank you, Eric!

We brought some previously purchased stain back on June 7th to be tinted a certain color and got SUPER service from George in the paint department, he was very patient and he wanted to make sure we were happy before we left. If only all businesses had people like that. Keep it up!

I needed to grab a couple of items at this Lowe's. The entry was similar to Home Depot with one end with entrance only and other end with exit only. The store is very organized, and each aisle has good signage. I did ask for help, and the gentleman who helped me knew exactly which aisle to head to and directed me. Floors are clean, and staff are always around to answer questions. I feel like this Lowe's is well-managed.

In store service is good but don't bother with curbside pickup. Line was long on way to home so decided to come back next day and pay for wheelbarrow in advance. Waited so long we had to go in to retrieve it ourselves anyway. It didn't seem busy and we showed up early in the morning. But to be fair all my curbside pickups seem to be long so I don't think the service is working anywhere in Calgary. Product itself was good so will be back to shop in person.

Just really happy with the help I was able to get in finding a match to a mystery bolt/nut/etc combo! Plus, I love a place that is dog-friendly and large enough to walk around in (indoor walks when it's scary-cold outside!), and most of the staff were excited to see me with my mini Goldendoodle Rosie, who was thrilled to greet them too!Pricing wasn't terrible, which is the most you can seemingly ask for regarding pricing these days.

The products were and are great. My issue was with customer service. We bought 7 4X8 sheets of hardboard. I asked 2 sales associates anout the sale last Saturday and if the discount applied to my purchase and was told that everything was eligible for 15% off. When i was at the checkout i was told that most of my purchase was not eligible. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Great selection of products. Staff is excellent. They have a great garden center. The store and bathrooms are always clean. Plenty of free parking.
