After an unexpected flooding in the basement of our new home, we reached out to S&R flooring and are so glad we did. The entire team is great to work with - fast, professional and very nice. We are thrilled with the new floors and would recommend them to any local homeowners!

We had carpets installed in 3 bedrooms and a runner put on our stairs, all came out beautifully. I cannot say enough good things about S&R. They removed the carpets that came with the house we purchased and installed high quality Hickory hardwood floors. There were some challenging corners, built-ins on top of the existing carpet and deep closets that were hard to reach. They took care of all those and the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail and the pride they take in the work they do is stellar. The output of 4-5 days of their hard work is something we will cherish for years to come. They accommodated every single need of mine, finished on time and did an outstanding job. S&R Flooring was great to work with. We replaced carpet and in one room replaced the carpet with vinyl planks. They were patient with me and helpful when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Installation was quickly and easily scheduled. We are thrilled with the result.

S & R Carpet was contracted to furnish & install a very special high end historic reproduction wool carpeting throughout the Groton History Center in Groton MA. Steve, Paul and the installers were the best people to deal with being able to surmount all of the issues we faced in trying to keep the installation historically accurate. The finished product is spectacular! I also use S & R Carpet for all of my personal flooring needs and would highly recommend S & R Carpet to everyone. Great service at affordable prices.

S & R just completed installing new laminate flooring in our cottage. We used S&R carpets to replace old carpets in a house we just moved into and they were fantastic! It was done very efficiently - they came one day to rip out old carpets and the next to replace with the new ones. I had expected it to take multiple days but it was done so fast and we were able to move our things in the same night. Steve is easily accessible for any concerns and their prices are affordable. From the first communication with S & R Carpet & Floors to the last my husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience! My inquiry email was answered by Steve within an hour of being sent and every email moving forward was just as timely. We desperately needed our master bedroom rug replaced when we moved into our new home and they scheduled it within a week and a half of contact. I was really impressed by the quality of their work. Their installers seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I had them install a new carpet and they also repaired a poorly installed carpet previously installed by Lowes. Steve was very easy to reach and highly responsive. I look forward to working with S&R on my next carpet project.
