I bought Nikon FTn from this store from overseas. Camera arrived in very good condition considering age of camera and the amount of potential previous use. Would purchase from store again.

I accidentally dropped my Nikon D3300, bending the lens into the camera body so that the focus lens would not move. I needed it soon for a trip I am going on & thought that the larger Nikon repair outlets wouldn't be able to repair it in time. I found Brian's Camera Shop online and he was able to see me the same day. He corrected the problem in front of me and ran some tests to ensure camera was now functioning properly - all for a very reasonable price!

Very helpful! My father and I were trying to figure out his old Nikon FG film camera, and emailed Brian with some questions. He promptly provided some suggestions, and said to drop by if desired. We did so, and Brian was able to fix our problems within a couple of minutes. Brian is very knowledgable! Thank you!!

I have owned a Canon EOS xti since 2007 and brought my camera to Brian for repair over a year ago as my macro lens was not working properly when attached to the body. He did a fantastic job of fixing it and I haven't had the same issue since. Was pleased and the price was reasonable compared to going to Henry's.

A fun story... My camera, a really good Nikon (model 610), took a swim in a lake about five years ago. It was a year old at the time.While it had a few problems, it kept working then, on a recent trip to Arizona, gave up the ghost. So, replace? It is a pretty expensive camera and the replacement model is really more than I wanted to spend but then I remembered Brian's camera shop in Newmarket Ontario as I had taken cameras to him for repair when I lived there. So off I go, he replaces the shutter, the autofocus and the viewfinder screen and repaired a problem with the lens barrel. It is like a new camera.A lot of people just replace technology when it gets older or problematic but you don't need to. Repair it instead. Better for your pocketbook and the environment. Brian charged me $300 - a new camera body would have been 10 times that.

I have been to Brian's Camera Shop a few times now. The first time I had my camera repaired which Brian did an excellent job with. The following visit I purchased a backup camera for my future photoshoots. Brian is very knowledgeable and provides above and beyond service. Thank you!

Professional manner & sustainable attitude are the keys to run a technical-support business office; Brian seems that kind of nice person. But I will be observing my recently purchased Canon lens from him if it is truly working as he mentioned before the sale in his Kijiji account. So Brian Balogh was suggested to me for some lens checking. I appreciate his knowledge on what he does and even snapped up some film cameras for the wife and I. Used the Canon A2E in Virignia the other week and will write up a second review once those are developed.He's helped me rest some of my grandfather's belongings to conversation pieces. And others will remain in my use for years to come.I can't wait to drop in again to buy some lenses. More lenses. As many lenses as I can have.TONS of Nikon mount Tamron and Nikon lenses too. Big big big suggestion is to actually come in. And snap it up before someone else does.
