Dr. Robert A. Mounsey

Rude and educated assistants. Very poor management system.Called my senior parents and made them wait for 2 hours then said doctor can't see one of them today.I have no issue with the doctor himself, but the management and assistants are extremely disqualified and disrespectful.

Three years ago, I saw Dr. Mounsey for a revision rhinoplasty. I found his office online, after reading about his extensive experience. He mainly does surgery, so Dr. Mounsey seemed like he was the doctor I needed. Unfortunately, I had not been happy with my first nose job and needed a surgeon I could trust to get it fixed. During my consultation, Dr. Mounsey showed me before and after pictures of what he could do to my nose and how it would look in the end. I really liked this and felt like I could trust Dr. Mounsey. My surgery turned out really well. My nose is much straighter and I can breathe so much better. Anyone thinking about a rhinoplasty should consider a consultation with Dr. Mounsey, as this is his specialty, and he has the ability to bring out your desired results.

In March, I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Mounsey. I had an injury to my nose that caused a curvature and breathing problems. Today, I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Mounsey. He really addressed all of my needs and then some. A doctor friend of mine recommended Dr. Mounsey, and after doing my own research, felt like he was the best fit for my needs. My nose looks straight now, both from the front and the profile. Even better, my breathing issues are gone. Not only did Dr. Mounsey correct everything I wanted, he was kind enough to explain the procedures in detail before getting started, so there were no surprises. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my own experience, so I just want others struggling with nasal issues to take a minute to discuss their options with Dr. Mounsey, as well.

About a year and a half ago, I saw Dr. Mounsey for a rhinoplasty. A friend recommended that I come in for a consultation, and after doing extensive research on his website, found that Dr. Mounsey brought a lot of experience. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable, as he knew a lot about nasal surgery. I wanted to improve the shape of my nose tip, because I thought it was too wide. Dr. Mounsey did a fantastic job and my results are excellent. The tip is narrower and looks great on my face. I recommend that anyone considering a rhinoplasty schedule their own consultation with Dr. Mounsey.

Doctor is great, he put tubes in my daughter's ears twice with no issues, but the receptionists here are awful. They are never available by phone, don't have anywhere you can leave a message, and are rude when you finally do get a hold of someone. After another rude conversation this morning, I think I am done with this office. Earlier this summer we were booked for a follow up appointment on a day when the Dr wasn't even working, and when I called the next day and asked why we were booked when he was away, she was very rude to me and told me it was up to ME to follow up on my upcoming appointments! I can't even get a hold of her to ask a question, how the hell am I supposed to confirm my OWN upcoming appointment? And isn't it supposed to be the receptionist who confirms it WITH ME, not the other way around??? I gave them one more chance after that, but today she was rude again so I'm done with this place.Also, FYI the appointments are NEVER on time, so plan to wait a couple of hours unless you've got the first appointment of the morning.TLDR; Dr. Mounsey put tubes in my daughter's ears twice and did a GREAT job - but the receptionists here are awful.

One of the worst doctors for rhinoplasty. Promise me to straighten my nose and fix the nasal congestion. But only did half of the job, took a catridge from my ribs for nose tip and it has been 4 years it hurts when i do exercise. Rude staff and specially this so called Dr. Mounsey. He does not listen what you have to say, i regret till this day. Im leaving a comment after 4 years because i knew nothing can be done. Still living with same nose and still have breathing problem.

Had my first rhinoplasty with him in 2015.. wrecked my nose completely I had small bumps on my nose that looked like acne. Was horrible went to see Richard rival he fixed mounsey mess ups but still did not leave me with the nose I want and will not operate on me again I'm in search now for a doctor that will touch my nose for now a third time. I wish I would of did more research on mounsey but at the time he was a 4.3 rated doctor on here.

YOUR HEALTH ALERT. Never ever allow this Creep Doctor for a Nose, or any surgery. This creep is completely incompetent . He performed Nose surgery and destroyed my nose, breathing and Shape of the nose. He recklessly performed surgery without any need. No surgery was required. He cant communicate or explain the patient why the patient needs surgery and what will be the procedure He failed to read on his own notes when investigated the College of Surgeons. He destroyed my nose , shape of the nose and breathing. He is a destroyer and for the sake of GOD, avoid this creep at every cost .

Dr. Mounsey is an experienced plastic surgeon and provided me with the new nose that I was wishing for. My rhinoplasty was six months ago, and my nose has healed nicely since that time. I originally found Dr. Mounsey through online research. He had the experience I was looking for, as I had broken my nose as a kid, which left it twisted inside. My results look great and my breathing is so much better. I totally enjoyed working with Dr. Mounsey, and felt comfortable with the way he made sure I was completely informed throughout my rhinoplasty process.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. She never provided us with a surgery time. I had to call the day before surgery and figure out the time. They never answer phones and DON'T HAVE VOICEMAIL. The woman named Tricia can be very unpleasant to deal with. I had raised some concerns about my child'd health and the surgery time. She then proceeded to compare me with other mothers. I tried to stay as calm as possible but she was very short with me and made rude remarks. TRICIA IS IT REALLY YOUR JOB TO COMPARE PARENTS? May be thats why you can't be productive and keep patients up to date. STOP COMPARING PATIENTS and you will be able to focus better on your work TRICIA!
