Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

The person who did my nails was in a rush and did a bad job. My nails flare out at the end, they are lumpy, they have streeks on them and i can see through the nail polish.

I’ve tried twice now to go as I received a gift certificate at Christmas both times they were closed well before the closing time online and on the door , I was there again tonight at 430 and they were already closed but supposed to be open till 6 , not a great way to run a business

It is a treat for me to get a pedicure, but the one that gave me the pedicure did it so fast, made me feel like she was trying to get me out of there as fast as she could. Will not be going back there again, VERY disappointed.. Also, she goes from one customer to another instead of giving her full attention to one customer. I gave it a one star, if there was a 0 that's what I would of giving her. Also a friend of mine went for a manicure. It took her (the same person) 3 1/2 hour for her manicure, because AGAIN, she kept going from one customer to another. And another thing, she's always talking in her language which is NOT english (and they do know how to speak english) which is VERY rude to the customers.. She's not very professional.

I've been to this location twice, the first time I went because it's close to my house and I'm new to the area. The man that was doing my nails had to redo them at least 6 times, he had no idea what he was doing. At the end the nails looked like garbage and all the woman did was give me a $5 off coupon for my next visit. So I went back to my hometown for a few days and ended up paying to get my nails done again. My second trip was two days ago and I asked the woman for GEL nails and she gave me acrylic after I told her I am allergic to acrylic, she then told me it was gel. I have since done my research and know the difference of the two by the look (gel does not use any powder where acrylic is liquid and a powder). I paid $75.37 plus a tip for an allergic reaction. I am discussed they would take advantage of people like this, give them the cheaper product and charge them for the more expensive one. I will be calling in the morning to complain. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I used to go to this nail salon all the time I loved it. I had one guy doing my nails, while using the spinning file thing he took a chuncks out of my real nail! Not once but twice the lady sitting next to him was talking a different language to him about something idk. Then at the end of my visit she knew I was upset but still charged me full price for my visit. I have not returned since.

2 technicians and not enough help. I waited 1/2 hour soaking in acetone which I asked not to do. The technician rushed over to drill off a shellac top coat very quickly, I soaked some more, pulled my own acrylics off to save time (with a file they gave me)and was still asked to sit for another half hour soaking in a bowl of water, while another client that arrived after me, started getting a Manicure. I told them I can't wait any longer so I asked what the cost of the acetone soak was...they replied $22.50. I made a fuss and said I pulled my own nails off, and waited too long. They agreed to $5 and I left very upset. They also overflowed the tub of water for a pedicure on the floor because they didn't pay attention and made another woman sit there in the pedicure chair for a long time. I will never go here again. First and last time.

Lovely Place to pamper one's self hands feet and all

My haircut and style is fantastic. It took a little longer than normal because my hairdresser cut her finger while cutting my hair. I had to wait till the other one was done.
