Worst customer service experience of my life. The guy hung up the phone on me after being very disrespectful. Claimed I was trying to fraud him after having a car accident and needing to rent a car. In no way was it fraud and in no way would I ever suggest this business to my worst enemy. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that wants your business

The car rental experience was excellent, with the added convenience of pick-up and drop-off services to and from the body shops. However, it was my first time encountering a rental car with only a one-eighth tank of fuel, and the lack of after-hours drop-off options resulted in a reduction of my rating to four stars.

Worst customer service experience and pls dont provide your CC at this location. They charged my CC without out my authorization/consent. I had to open a case with my CC issuer for this illegal transaction.I picked up an insurance rental at this location, as my vehicle was involved in a minor collision. The management (Suhail G) wanted me to do all their leg work so that they could get paid for the rental. Suhail stated that the insurance Claim Rep wasn't responding to his emails and that he would have to charge me for it. I advised him that I will contact the Claims Rep on a working day to assist further, but he refused and charged me on CC.He was very ignorant and rude and at no point he was willing to understand or listen to what I had to say.If it wasn't for Tesla Collision, I wouldn't have gone to Enterprise Car Rental for my loaner vehicle.If you are in the same situation ever pls do yourself a favor and don't get a rental from this location as they would expect you to do all their leg work.

this is very disappointing service which i got from enterprises.my insurance company booked 7 seater vehicle for me but they gave me 5 seater from Milton branch. as they said i can exchange my this vehicle from any location and i call every branch they have 7 seater but they are not swapping. today i called Oakville branch they said have 7 seater after that when i said that i want to swap the vehicle they dropped the line. how unprofessional they are.thanks to taught me a lesson for next time.

Joe and his Team were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of all my needs including, switching my vehicle to one that suited me best, providing me with assurance that I could extend my rental by a week at the same rate (my own cost) and taking care of sending an invoice to my insurance for extra days used. I felt they were in my corner all along. Thanks guys for a delightful experience!

Best rental experience by far. I was sent to them last minute because Budds' Collision did a lousy job repairing my car and it had to be taken back to the shop. Daniel was already late for his lunch break, yet he still patiently helped pick the perfect car I needed and cleaned it up. The customer experience at this location speaks for itself.

Joe and his crew at this Enterprise location offers top notch service. Rented a bmw for a road trip and we weren’t disappointed, the car was clean and new. They quickly had me in and out in the matter of minutes.

A shoutout to the Enterprise team at this location, everyone was courteous, understanding and showing genuine interest in going above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Special Kudos to Jessica, Hysum and Arslan for facilitating all our requests.

Excellent customer service! Suhail and the team went above and beyond to make sure the pick up an return are smooth and pleasant for me. The Kia soul I got is also roomy and easy to drive.I rented from this location any times before Covid. I’m glad my experience this week is still as awesome as before. Definitely going to come back again!
