I've been struggling with a washing machine that hasn't worked properly since it had an update installed over a year and a half ago because of a safety recall. Another appliance repair company looked at my washer three times and each time told me there was nothing wrong with even though it took up to four hours to do one load of laundry. Mike came out a couple hours after I called him. He spent time going over the washer completely and found a couple of things wrong with it. As soon as he got the part he needed he called me and was to my house in under an hour. My washer now works great! Thank You so much Mike.

We had Mike come over to check out issues with our dishwasher and dryer. He was at our house for an hour and fixed nothing. The bill for the hour was $124 with nothing fixed. We felt that we had to go through him as we already owed him a large amount of money. We asked him just to fix this dishwasher as it was extremely expensive to do both, he quoted me $339 for just the dishwasher. He fixed the problem then could not get the power to come on. We had no problem with the power the time before. He said he was going to check why it wasn’t getting power. He said the wiring was done incorrectly and repaired this without asking if it were ok to do so. The bill was an additional $100 on top of our quote. We could have had a brand new dishwasher for this price. Poor communication and would not recommend.

Tricky problem on our dishwasher and Mike was obviously not going to give up until it was solved. Not only did he figure out the problem, but he heard our refrigerator making a noise and gave us an unsolicited fix on that, too. Friendly guy, on time, very knowledgeable.
