I was amazed when I walked into Roger's Furniture store. The huge space was bright and clean and fully stocked with very fashionable furnishings. Roger was able to help me find just the dining table I had been looking for. My table was delivered today by 2 helpful young men who placed it just where I wanted it. Thank you Roger for a very positive shopping experience. I love my new table.

Absolutely worst experience with a “business” ever imaginable, if I could give zero stars I would..ordered a love seat, bed, two nightstands & two bar stools..was told the bed and couch would be there next day, ended up waiting 2 weeks, had to stay those 2 weeks on my moms couch considering you can’t very well live somewhere without anywhere to sleep..Roger offered no compensation for that, was told my two night stands and barstools would take no longer than two weeks at the time of purchase..ended up waiting 5 months before they were available to me, again with no compensation for that, asked for my money back many of times in that time frame and was told no..still missing a bar stool and still being told I can’t have money back (7 MONTHS later)..highly recommend going literally anywhere else..incredibly awful costumer service

Worst experience ever!Other reviews influenced us to try them. Big Mistake.We wanted a Canadian made king size bed frame ($1,500). But after 3 wrong beds ordered, 3 trips from Victoria to Duncan at our cost, 2 months waiting, promises broken, great difficulty getting our money back (including being told we could take action) and the quality of the 3 beds made in Surrey nowhere close to the one on show. We are patient and understanding people and thought dealing with the owner would be a good experience but we will NEVER step foot inside this store again. Shame on you. Keep driving!

Very nice experience. Loved the way they interact with the customers. I moved to Duncan a week ago and wanted new furniture. Roger is a very friendly guy and he helped me with my needs in furniture. They have a dog named Cocoa she was the cutest little dog I’ve ever seen. Loved the queen sized bed with the furniture I purchased from them along with the IRONMAN MATTRESS. Highly recommended to everyone

We were looking for a bed for our spare room for my spouses son and grandson to be able to sleep over comfortably. We figured that we would have to wait a long time to get it because of the pandemic and trucking issues the world is having, but when we went to see Roger, we were in for quite a surprise. Roger asked us what we were looking for, showed us a bed that was perfect for us, and gave us an amazing price that we could not refuse. We had to go to an appointment, so he held it for us, and when we returned he was at the door with the bed and helped put it into our truck. Not only was it the easiest bed purchase we have ever made, it was the best service as well. There was no pressure like there is at other furniture stores we had visited.
