Colibri Tattoo and Piercing (Sheppard)

this shop deserves more then 5 stars, they go above and beyond, they make sure you are ok throughout both piercings and tattoos, I’ve gotten my septum, nips and navel piercing at this shop, they’re all still my favourite piercings, even the tattoo artist was sweet, I have been to couple piercing shops before but this by far is my go to for all my piercings and tattoos! I recommend this place!!

It was my first tattoo The place was very clean and staff were very kind. The hospitality and customer service received by them exceeded my expectations. The tattoo artist did amazing job

First I want to say that this place is a safe environment for women which is really important! I’ve had some unfortunate experiences in the past at other shops, but I was very comfortable here.The receptionist is really nice and helpful!Skyler (I think that’s her name?) Did my piercing and she did an amazing job. She’s really kind, friendly and patient and she made me feel less nervous.Can’t wait to come back to get some ink done!

Selena did a great job giving me the tattoo I wanted. The studio is clean, bright and easy to get to via ttc etc. Highly recommended if the artist portfolio fits your tattoo style.

Had such an incredible experience at Colibri! Came here for a free tattoo after winning a giveaway with the artist Moha and walked out with two new tattoos, both look stunning and I can't wait for them to be fully healed. Moha was so gentle, sweet and very open and transparent with me about the whole process. The staff members were also fantastic and were so nice and welcoming. I would recommend if anyone is looking to get a tattoo in the area to check them out! Their location is perfect with ample parking in behind the building and on the side street and lots of surrounding restaurants and shops.

Awful. They messed up two piercings. The jewellery is bad quality and has irritated my nose and ear so bad, they never recovered. The receptionist dismissed me when I asked for help with healing and the piercers were so rude. They take forever to help you. I went to other shops for a second opinion and they said they receive a lot of upset customers about piercing issues. I wasn't given after care instructions, they were so rough with my piercings, recommended questionable remedies which would further irritate the bumps and their saline solution does nothing for healing. The piercers didn't want to hear my concerns and could care less. The jewellery is supposed to be titanium and fitted but the stud was loose and moved all the time. I asked to change to a better fitted bar so it doesn't move which may have affected healing and didn't hear back. I can't even take them out as they screwed on the jewels so tight, now it'll cost more to have them changed and switched to better jewellery. Terrible service so I would never recommend as it has caused pain and dissatisfaction. I wanted more piercings but this was a waste of my money and time.

Both me and my boyfriend got double helix piercings at this place today (a Tuesday with the $25 for all piercings promotion). The pain was minimal and the entire process for both of us took less than 5 minutes. We're more than happy with it, thank you!

I just got my first tattoo here today. Although it was a simple and minimal design, the tattoo artist did it wrong! It's so disappointing!

A terrible experience at this tattoo studio. I went just over 2 weeks ago to get a matching tattoo with my sister, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how the tattoos are healing. Having multiple tattoos, I have never experienced such a faded and patchy healing process. While we understood that finger tattoos would fade over time, the patchiness and fading should not have happened in 2 weeks. Would not recommend.Fading within a couple of months is acceptable, but 2 weeks??? This is completely unethical. Your artist should not be allowed to perform finger tattoos that fade within 2 weeks. As first time clients, we were treated unfairly with this service, which to mention was a complete cash grab. A tattoo regardless of placement should not fade as much as ours did in a matter of 2 weeks.
