Foot and Ankle Clinic
The doctors in the clinic are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will try to help you as best as they can, I give them 5 stars. However, the receptionists are not professional, one of them is very rude, she sound like “why people are coming here, just go somewhere else”. She thinks everyone is stupid and she is the only smart one, she is acting like someone is forcing her to work without pay. I also saw how she was dealing with other customers, rude and want to get rid of them ASAP. I feel bad for the customers, doctors and the clinic, things can be much better if they get new receptionist.

Dr Mclatchies lack of caring and lack of knowledge caused me years of debilitating pain and depression. I saw her initially for pain in my left foot. Was measured for custom insoles and the pain in my left foot improved over the next 6 months. That is when pain in my right foot started. In a few months this became so bad that I had to cease all physical activity and reduce the amount of time I could be on my feet (I'm a healthy 29 year old at the time). I went back to see Michelle. I explained to her the issues and had gone to see multiple doctors and physio therapists but the other treatments were not improving my pain. She looked at her watch several times as I was explaining this. I asked if it could possibly be an issue with the insoles. She said no and recommend get a second pair of insoles so that I could wear them in my regular shoes as well as in my work boots. I asked if I needed to get remeasured. She said no. Over the next few months the pain became so great that I needed to leave my job for 3 months due to pain. The pain improved a bit during this time. I went back to work and the pain immediately returned. I began making a plan to take my life. Fortunately this never happened as at my next physio therapy appointment my physiotherapist who was becoming increasingly frustrated that 9 months of therapy had not improved my condition at all asked me to bring in my work boots to look at. When he looked at my posture while wearing my boots he noted. You're way off to the right". The insoles had been measured incorrectly and were holding my right foot at an angle. Within 2 weeks of stopping wearing the insoles I improved more than what 9 months of physio did. I was going to take her to court but was informed by my lawyer that the maximum I could sue for was 15k and it would cost 30k to do so. 2 years later after spending multiple thousands on physio and therapy I have still not full recovered.Dr. Mclatchie should resign. It is clear that she does not have the skill or integrity needed to properly diagnose her patients and is actively worsening there condition"

So helpful! Thank you Dr. McLatchie for reassuring us and also allowing our puppy to attend the appointment since it was too cold to leave her in the car. This clinic has always been a great place to get answers quickly. They were able to book me in quickly and they are always so friendly. I highly recommend The Foot and Ankle Clinic.

This place is very professional and great staff. The place is very clean and the waiting time is 5 minutes. The doctors charge on the first visit $90.00 dollars for the first visit.

Staff and doctors are very friendly! this clinic has helped my dad with his foot problems so I thought I would go as well. $200 to be told I'm not sure what's wrong. Might be because you were pregnant?" even after I mentioned I felt this horrible pain months before I was pregnant. Gave me some paperwork on common foot issues and sent me on my way."

So happy for my carefulness. Their website advertises needle-free anesthetic via high pressure jet. I hate needles. I have had them in my feet before, one of the most painful injections. It turns out they advertise this feature just to lure you in, and only use needles! Glad I confirmed that in advance.

Was referenced to Dr. Gupta from my GP and I need to thank my GP next time I see them. Dr. Gupta showed genuine interest and care in my unique situation and did his best to help me. There are multiple professional services at this one location from different people, but take my word on Dr. Gupta - treat him nicely and it'll be returned ten fold.

I found the clinic well run and very professional. My family doctor recommended them, so I called and discussed setting up an appointment with Dr Denesh Uthayakumar. So I experienced a friendly and efficient receptionist, no waiting, a knowledgeable doctor who understood my issue and answered all of my questions along with treatment options and pro/cons of each. Refreshing to say the least!
