I just wish every experience dealing with a company was this smooth. Dan was prompt, knowledgeable and straight-shooting. The price was fair and the quality of his work was perfect. The installation of our new water softener and UV light exceeded my expectations. It’s not just that my wife and I are happy with the products, it’s that the installation is also satisfying to look at. So many people install things in a hurry and it shows, Dan’s work is impeccable. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.I also want to add that I have never previously used Water Depot, nor do I have any person connection to Dan or his team that I’m aware of. It was a completely cold-call for services that I based on hood reviews. Well, the good reviews must be legitimate because I can’t think of any part of this dealing in unsatisfied with. Great job Water Depot!!!

The Water Depot staff are friendly polite and very informative about there water products.I would go out of my way to get water for home and our trailer. They are very quick at cleaning and refilling our bottles during the pandemic.Their shop is very clean and well organized.

Wonderful customer service from their staff at the store to servicing of our home water equipment. Dan serviced our well UV light, water softener and Iron sulphur unit and the water now is great. My iron sulphur unit was not purchased from Water Depot (my mistake) and I was never happy with the unit from day one. I lost confidence in the company I purchased it from so I gave Water Depot a call. Dan discovered a defective valve and also that the unit was not programmed correctly from the start. What a difference NOW! No smell or iron water stain. I am also very pleased with their water softener salt. It might be a couple of dollars extra compared to the WalMart salt but it will save you hundreds or a new softener in the long run.Water Depot will be our go to experts from now on. Thanks.
