Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've stopped in 3 or 4 times in the last 10 years and every time I'm shocked at the lack of help the guys behind the counter offer even when asked. Tried to purchase a charging cable for my phone today that was marked $4.95. Rang up for 15 something. Mr. Grumpypants behind the counter walked back with me and pulled the other cord and the tag from the hook and walked back to the counter. Then told me the cord should have rung up at $15.95, (there was the same brand cord at twice the length on the rack for $14.95 but whatever). Said he'd let me have it for $13.95. I didn't even try to argue for the $5 price. I left it on the counter and ordered 3 on Amazon for $12.95. I'd love to support local but these guys make it really hard.

Interesting place with many hard to find items. Check their website. Rather buy from here than buying from online retailers.

As an amateur electronics guy, I have to say that this place is great!It has those one offs that you might be looking for as well as a lot of new up to date parts to complete your projects.Be prepared to spend a couple hours if you are a first timer going through their entire stock!

Great selection of electronic components, cabling and kit parts. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Wish I could give no rating. It’s impossible so I I’ve one star. The customer service sucks. There is just one guy working and he doesn’t respect customers at all. Too rude and unable to communicate well with customers. I would never go here again.

I forgot how much I loved this place. The online stock was correct for the store, I was able to get exactly what I came in for.

One of the worst electronic stores ever visted... owner is not helpful at all, no workers in store, everything unorganized. Waste of time... needs to be shut down

Great store for electronic do it yourselfers but the personal skills of the staff is some of the worst ive ever seen in my life. Surprised they are still in business with that kind of staff

Very very very bad I will never shop there ever again the cashier was very rude to me , it's second time I went there same cashier and same nasty attitude, first to begin he was not in the store while all customers were looking for him he was in a room eating.
