I have been apprehensive about getting my hearing checked for years… namely because I really didn’t want to have confirmed what everyone around me suspected. Also, sitting in that booth, guessing if I heard something, is a little stressful right? (Like going for an eye exam, not an exact science, and I hate being wrong.) Me being me, I did my research before hand looking for the right company and location to have this exam performed for me. Since Hear Well Be Well is so close to where I live I naturally looked at this option first. Well, have you sorted the google reviews for this location from lowest to highest? Don’t bother because there is no difference. The five-star rating for the location is legit and truly reflects the quality of the staff there. Holly and Jessica are incredible. I’m not sure if its luck or not, but wow what a team they have put together here. I mostly dealt with Holly who is the audiologist and what a pleasure it was. She is unique in that she combines her high technical skill with client care capabilities that are second to none… actually tied with Jessica on that. Its rare to find someone that does one of these things well let alone both. Holly is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in the detail I needed. She was supportive, kind, and obviously loves her job. She turned what I believed would be an uncomfortable situation into an event that in the end was a quality-of-life improvement. How often does that happen? Then, like if that wasn’t enough, there is Jessica to tie it all together. Jessica is there to support you for future appointments, doctor requests, insurance forms, colour selection, and of course answer any questions that you may have but forgot to ask because you were having such a good time. Now if they only did eye exams, then you would really have something. :)Thanks so much Jessica and Holly for the positive experience.

Impeccable level of care upon every visit, on point technology, very knowledgeable team with expertise in various hearing challenges. I truly cannot think of another clinic to recommend.

I was there Dec 3rd, and the staff are amazing! The facility is spotless. I felt totally safe in this environment during this covid time.Elliot (who did the testing) was professional, and informative, and has great people skills. I was getting a little stressed and he came in the booth and settled my nerves. Which I appreciate!Tania, (office staff) was also very pleasant and welcoming.Both were very helpful and the experience was amazing! I highly recommend getting your hearing tested!!

I thought that I may have been victim of hearing loss because of my occupations. After extensive testing, the staff at the Fanshawe office ensured me that my hearing is normal. They did not try to sell me unnecessary aides or other instruments.... they did not even charge me for their services. I cannot express my gratitude. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with outstanding service and get diagnosed with up-to-date equipment and personnel skills.

I had a great experience today at Hear Well Be Well London. The staff greeted me right away and the facility was beautiful and clean. Everyone was very accommodating. They made sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable with the tests and my results. Obviously the fact that the hearing test was free is a bonus, but it was also very informative. They educated me on how to protect my hearing going forward and being able to recognize the signs of hearing loss. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to get their hearing tested. I will see them again in another 5 years! Thank you Team!

From the time I walked in and was greeted until I left an hour and half later it was a great experience. Professional and caring. I fully expected to be sold or rented hearing aids and was prepared for that before my appt. However my loss was so extremely slight that I was advised to just retest in a few years.No pushy sales tactics at all. Quite the opposite which was very refreshing. I appreciate this.Holly and Jessica are great at what they do and made my entire visit very comfortable from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the friendly, courteous, professional service I am getting from Hear Well Be Well in London. Was in for my annual check-up last Wednesday. My hearing aid was cleaned, adjusted and my hearing was re-tested. The knowledgeable advice on how to keep the hearing aid in top notch performance was very much appreciated. After the visit it felt like I walked out with a new hearing aid - and all that for free. That kind if service is hard to find... Joe

I've dealt with Hear Well Be Well at this location for several years and recently upgraded my hearing aids. Holly Nafziger was my audiologist and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was completely happy with my new hearing aids and, when I returned for a 2-week check-up, Holly noticed that I actually had been given the wrong hearing aids. I would never have noticed because they were a significant upgrade from my previous ones. I had paid for a higher level of technology but had received a lower level by mistake. When I mentioned to Holly that I wouldn't have known she said she had to do the right thing and correct the mistake. That was exceptional service. I received the correct aids a couple of weeks later and remain very satisfied with them. Also, Jessica Loughead, Client Care Representative, was a joy to deal with. She, too, was excellent at her job. I highly recommend Hear Well Be Well for providing a great product and, more importantly, superior customer service.
