It was a great experience and I felt peaceful when I slept there. Also, the food and other things were great too.

Excelsior Hôtel Spa Sainte-Adèle
Not much of a spa , rooms with no a/c and no cable tv. Hot tube dirty and some not working and in a bad condition. Massage was just ok. Beside the restaurant was amazing. For the package price its just OK.But for the rest its a 3 stars hotelRoom is not very clean and cracks in the walls. Needs TLCCheers !

We stayed for 5 nights during the March break. From our arrival we wanted to schedule two messages. We finally get a time for this but I fell sick. Gastro vomiting and so on. My daughter had to cancel our massages the same day. Had to pay over 100.00 cancelation fee. I should of took my bucket to throw up in down to the massage room and got my massage anyway. I am sure that they had already people to take our place. The man at the reception was not reasonable. He was sometimes rude. They should have refunded both of our massages. Our room was ok. A bit cold. But no hot water this morning to take a shower. The restaurant was ok. The service was not good. The man that served us was arrogant. My husband asked if the soft drinks had a free refill. He said there is no free refills here sir. Very blunt and disrespectful. ( RIEN À VOLONTÉ ICI MONSIEUR.) Toilet in room did not flush well. Hot tubs outside jets not working and cold at tine because they are left open. Parking not always well maintained in the winter. Had to find towels on our first night. One towel,one face cloth. No room cleaning services. Was looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed with the outcome.A rude service is always disappointing at the reception and restaurant.

This hotel has done a very good job marketing online but the photos are not at all a representation of the actual look and feel of the place. I felt like I got royally duped!I’ll note I very rarely post a negative review but this place is not at all what is perceived to be online, so I felt the need to share.For starters, the location is not at all convenient. For families that want to go to Parc Aquatic or a stroll down Rue Principal for a nice dinner, do not stay here. It’s a 12-15 minute drive on the highway to these places - again, not at all convenient.The hotel in general is not filthy but it could use a good deep cleaning.The rooms are dated, the furniture is worn out, paint job is poor and there’s a mish-mash of styles which made for a very odd vibe. In the amenity spaces, cleaning supplies and tools were untidily left out for the public to see, and pool furniture wasn’t wiped down or at all clean - not very spa/zen like at all.I would rate this hotel a 2.5 star at most and certainly would not ever come back.

Our room was freezing cold, the next morning we called the reception for it to be fixed. After a whole night and 2 hours of freezing we asked for refund and left. Room was outdated and the bed was not comfy however the receptionist during the night was pretty welcoming she was helpful.I wish i can say the same for the receptionist in the morning he basically ignored us when we asked him for help with our room and only when we told him we were cancelling the second night THEN he went in the room to open the heating. We couldve have stayed however the fact that we froze the first night, we were ignored the next day (it wasnt even that busy) and his reason was he had to answer the phone however it took him literally 2 mins to go open the heating in our room I dont think your hotel will loose so much business in 2 mins if he doesnt answer the phone.

We booked this hotel for our romantic getaway....Well the hotel is in need of major updates and basic cleaning. There is a smell of old dirty armpits everywhere. Stains and mold on the chair and shower. Ventilation is all over the place. Going from Sweeting to extreme cold. Lady at the front desk was very cold.The only nice thing are the swimming pools and the massage we got from Mel.We will not be returning.

Don't let the pictures fool you.....border line dump...so run down....had to change rooms 3 times...they should call it a daycare so many screaming kids in the pool and even in the adult only hot tubs... all this for $999. For 3 night stay...leaving after second day.....P.s.The food was good at the restaurant. And one more thing we had to walk up 3 floors and when I asked for a bell boy , she said you have to go alone, and maybe you will loss some weight....nice....

This has got to be one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in.Check-in and check out was pleasant as the woman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful!Parking was easy!The room had a lovely layout with a comfy bed, washroom that had a well kept shower/jet tub, espresso machine, mini fridge, and personal balcony.The restaurant/bar was great and the food....so good!! The server was lovely aswell!We were surprised by the pools. Not only was the indoor pool well kept, clean, large and the absolute perfect temperature, the pool room was beautiful! It had tables and chairs, and a swinging lounge chair.The weather was a bit cold so I wasn't sure about going out for the hot tub, but I'm glad we did! Not only were there two hot tubs, but the outdoor pool was so wonderful!Both hot tubs and the pool were so well kept. The outdoor pool was heated to once again, a perfect temperature, and they had little lights in the pool. So beautiful at night! I forgot to snap a picture of the hot tubs and outdoor pool unfortunately.Honestly and truly, 5 stars. We've both collectively stayed in a good amount of hotels, but this experience was our favorite.We came for vacation so I'm unsure when we'll be back, but I know we'll be back. It was too lovely of a place to not return!There wasn't too much for snacks but we had brought some anyways so we were good! They did have a vending machine that we got sodas from.For those with children, right next to the hotel is a little theme/amusement park that I believe is opening the 10th of June? It looks cute and worth checking out!Lovely experience all around ♥️

Greeted right away by such a friendly receptionist Anne Michelle. We were early for checkin but our room was ready so we were able to check in earlier. Food and service was excellent at the restaurant. Had a relaxing massage. Sure the rooms aren’t perfect. The place could use a little update but we enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back

Excelsior Hôtel Spa Sainte-Adèle
Stayed at the hotel for the fifth time, eating at the restaurant each time, always welcome, nothing too fancy, but enough for those looking for simple quiet room with access to Jacuzzi, hot tube and swimming pool (indoor outdoor) to relax and/or play with children. Of course, like for any other place, ones never assured to be clear fro douchbags with loud mouth and loud music/attitude, but it's not frequent in this place ... and the staff (locals) are doing their best, even in difficult time like yesterday's power outage !
