Useless organization. So secretive they call from blocked phone numbers. Do not schedule calls, call at random and then if you don't answer you are to start over and call them back leave a message as no one answers the telephone there. Then if you do finally get through and speak to a lawyer they do not represent, they do not fill out forms for you etc. So completely useless, I do not recommend wasting your time here.

When you know customer needs some help and you don't let's him get is service I call dad pretty duty don't you think citizen whit that kind of service you not should to help nobody

Terrible experience - pretty sure fella hung up on me after I asked for his name at end of call - I have no number to call back to re book with someone new and it’s been 2 weeks since that call and no legal guidance at all - hoping someone can contact me to instruct me further

They gave us a lot of really good information and I felt more prepared and confident of our situation. CLG was efficient and effective, getting us in and helping us very quickly when they learned it was a very time pressed matter. Much appreciation to the friendly staff who accommodated us the best the could while making our stressful two days a bit more bearable.

I’ve used Calgary legal guidance twice now, and they are super helpful and respectful. I had a quick legal question and spoke with Sharigan, and even though I felt uncertain and a little dumb about my question, he completely put me at ease! Knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, and made sure I didn’t have any other questions. I didn’t feel rushed. I’ve been through a lot of low-income programs and a lot of the time they treat you like a second-class citizen, so I was super impressed here! Just remember that the call time they give you is a range, which I don’t think they mentioned when they booked me for the call, so don’t be worried if you have to wait. Just a small note for them for next time, otherwise, I think Calgary Legal Guidance embodies what a community low-income program should be!

The worst experience with the lawyer I had.First he called me 30 mins early, when asked to call back at our appt time, he was late, and out somewhere all I could hear was people in the background, he had no idea about my case , he was condescending and rude, when ITold him he was being rude he hung up on me. Super great place you’re running.

Straight garbage organization they helped me book a trial date booked the wrong date so I told em not to represent me anymore and now i been going back to court every week to tell em they don't represent me anymore and the judge keeps saying that they won't cancel themselfs as my lawyer off my case so now I been going to court every week for absolut nothing to get told come back and make her resign of my case and now I've been to court 4 times to resolve this and still hasn't been these guys are more useless than a 5 year old thinking he'd a lawyer.Stay away from these guys in the court rooms they're a scam and not worth 2 seconds of conversation.And if anyone wants to know I used erin rampsberger.Do yourself a favor and represent yourself before using these useless what ever they are

I've been to this place couple times and -except some of them, - I 've seen a very disrespectful attitude. Pros is free but I each time i went I couldn't get any good advice and they referred me to get advice from private lawyer. Also, They should be more patient to listen clients matters. Don't waster your time by going there. If you can reach to customer services after long waiting times, you are lucky.I will never go there to face disrespectful manner.
