Great experience from Dr Jamora and staff at the Polo Park location! Jurdin was so helpful when I had a difficult time choosing between 2 frames, and was very knowledgeable about our insurance(s)! Jamie was great at making sure my glasses fit perfectly before taking them home!

The manager helped me over the phone with a rather difficult issue that resulted in them having to go a couple extra steps to ensure I was satisfied. I am really appreciative for the overwhelming commitment to good customer service. I am beyond ecstatic with all of my interactions with LensCrafters polo park - when I come buy glasses in stores , having issues and needing fixes for my glasses , and now even over the phone. I was met at the door of LensCrafters by Jaimie and explained I had cataract surgery and needed to remove the lens in my glass but couldn’t get the screw out. She said not a problem. They not only got the screw out but gave me a blank lens and new nose pads. Thanks to Bonnie for all the work. Great experience for sure. A 10 in my books. Thanks Jamie and Bonnie
