University Tender Loving Daycare

My daughter has been going to this daycare since July 2020. It is very professional, extremely clean, excellent educated staff and above all my daughter loves it. Healthy meals provided and excellent positive learning environment. All staff are great with communication and as a parent you get daily updates/pictures on the Hi mama app. Management is excellent to discuss any questions or concerns you may have as a parent. Very approachable and positive caring staff. I’m extremely happy and confident knowing my daughter is enjoying and thriving that this daycare!!!

This childcare centre is amazing all around. Even though my kids have only been attending this childcare centre only recently I am extremely happy with their program, their staff, and how happy my children are when they are leaving and how excited they are to go back.I love that their staff are passionate about their jobs, the program and educational curriculum that the children are receiving makes me extremely happy, especially with the lack of education and structure my Kindergartner has been receiving due to COVID-19.Thank you to owners, directors, and staff you all have hearts of gold!

My girls have attended this daycare for about 3 years. The staff are very nice, warm towards the kids and very professional. The daycare is very spacious, tidy and safe for both indoor learning and outside fun. The staff do well to update me constantly on the development of my girls. I am very satisfied and happy with the services, especially for their genuine care for the children. Due to their great service, I recommended the centre to a friend who enrolled his daughter and is also satisfied with their services. I will recommend the centre to any parent looking for quality daycare for their children.

This daycare lives up to it's name! The tender loving care that my son received while attending this daycare will always be appreciated! My son attended here for over year and started during covid. He was new to the daycare environment and struggled with separation, the staff were very patient, understanding, loving and kind as he transitioned to being at daycare. He learned so much and always had lots of stories to tell me. He participated in so many fun activities and field trips. Every morning and evening we were ALWAYS greeted with smiles from the teachers, it is such a warm and loving atmosphere. The facility is very clean and bright and the food is healthy. All the staff here are beyond amazing and approachable and loving to the children. The ONLY reason my son is no longer attending is because we recently moved to another city. It was heartbreaking for myself and son leaving and the staff were also sad too. We miss them so very much and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. We miss all of you!!

Great daycare, great staff. My child attended out of school for three years and they are amazing and truly care about their children there. Saba ( owner) was very attentive by insuring that the kids were always active and being taken care of very well. It was always easy to communicate with her and the staff. One of the best daycare, totally recommend it for parents who want to place their children in an environment that feels like home. Thank you University Tender Loving and Out of School Care staff for supporting my child though out the years.

I have worked here as an Early Childhood Educator for over 4 years now. I like that my education and life experiences with children are valued by my colleagues and that we consult with one another often for ideas or suggestions regarding the children's development and learning. We also appreciate the feed-back from parents about their knowledge of their own children, which helps us to plan our program and to consider the children's needs as they play and learn.

Super fantastic daycare! The staff team were amazing to work with and our daughter thrived in so many ways, from feeding to sleeping to playing and mental development. We recently left town and leaving with the daycare was the toughest part as they were professional and family. It's a very strong team who communicate effectively for the needs of children and listen & work with the parent's wishes too. I highly recommend this place and will always be grateful to the team for their love and attention to our daughter, and us as parents.

This is an awesome daycare! Super close to The UAH, CCI, lots of other health care workplaces, and their hours are mostly pretty good for health care worker shifts as well. They have taken such good care of my son since he started here two years ago. They do lots of outdoor play, and have nutritious home cooked meals every day. My son has clearly learned a lot through his time here. The staff has also been so warm and caring to him. The director has always been super helpful, and put up with me and my first time mom anxieties when my son first started. Things were also always very clean and safe throughout Covid as well. They are great with keeping parents updated about the kids’ days and send pictures through an app which is nice. We are sad to leave and are only doing so because we are moving cities.

This daycare has provided childcare above and beyond my expectations. The staff are so caring and attentive with the children and my child always looks forward to going there. A great balance of arts & crafts, social interactions, emotional support and physical activity for my child. We placed her at this daycare since she was 4 months old and all of the staff have been great over the years since. I highly recommend this daycare!!

My son has been attending this daycare for nearly two years. The staff have become like family to him; it is evident that they care deeply for all of the children in their care. I am confident that he is in a safe, clean environment receiving nutritious meals, and look forward to my daughter joining UTLDC in the coming months.
