Warranty and service is top rated. Extended warranty for our Whirlpool dishwasher is through Excelsior. I had to contact them for repairs to our top rack. Submitted a claim online and received a call within 5 minutes from a very friendly customer service rep after submitting my claim. Had replacement parts arrive at my door with in three days. Excellent service. Will definitely deal here again.

Wonderful spot if you need a new appliance. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Delivery was quick and the guys gave great service. While there check out all the frozen food freezers out front. You'll be glad you stopped in.

We go to Arnie's every couple weeks to stock up on frozen fruit. The prices are great and the fruit doesn't disappoint. I haven't purchased an appliance yet but the staff are very knowledgeable and forthcoming.The parking lot is quite large as is the store. The food is set up in the front of the building which is filled with freezers. They have everything from desserts to fish, seafood and meat to fruits and vegetables. They have baskets and small carts for your convenience and they will also pack your food into cardboard boxes. I highly recommend Arnie's, you won't be disappointed.

I bought a stove and fridge set. The model of the fridge on the floor had no door handles but the salesman said they would be included. Upon deliver the fridge was wrapped up with saran and I told the drivers to wait because I don't see the handles. They insisted the door handles were inside. When I opened the fridge there were no handles and I've spoken to the store multiple times, they said they would send handles. After literally years they still haven't corrected this.

I will never purchase anything from here again. My 70 yr old grandmother went here to by a appointment size washing machine first she wasn't able to view any due to not having any in stock so she was rushed and the person working did a quick look up online and ordered one they then proceeded to tell her if she wanted to know anything about the machine to look it up... umm she's 70 not a computer person 2nd she got the item of course it was too small so she asked if she could return it. Arnies said no once it's at your house it's yours what a rip off never go here please save yourself the trouble

A friend recommended Annie's to us for their frozen food section, and although they DO have a pretty good selection, they are a bit more expensive than other stores like them. Good selection of appliances, BBQs as well as furniture. Staff is also very friendly

Don't buy amana product. So bad quality, I bought amana washing machine, rarely used . One year plus one month only use less than 20 times. Now it's broken. I have to pay another $250 plus tax for fix this.

Ordered a dryer in July that was to be delivered mid Aug. was told the week of delivery that the dryer than we ordered was damaged and we would get a loaner (of a lower quality) for two weeks while they waited for a new dryer to come in. Estimated 2 weeks. 6 weeks go by, zero communication from Arnies. My husband has repeatedly called and emailed for the last 4 months asking for updates. Every time we are told another two weeks it’ll be here. Our last update was that the dryer would finally be in December 1st. Didn’t hear anything from Arnies on the first so once again we’re calling wondering what’s going on only to be given the run around again that it’ll be another two weeks. In the meantime I’ve checked various other stores to see that this same model is not even back ordered at this point. If they didn’t already have our money since we paid in full, we could easily order from Lowes have have this same dryer delivered within days. The communication is non exists from Arnies. We’ve spent easily $10k on appliances from there this year and as soon as they got our money any crumb of customer service disappeared.
