Le service est bon jusqu'à la livraison rapide. Ensuite, il n'y a pas de service après-vente. Aucune réponse par téléphone ni de retour d'appel.Plusieurs boitiers étaient brisés dans la commande et malgré la préparation des fichiers musicaux avec titres, auteurs, description, etc., je me retrouve avec seulement des numéros (1,2,3,4) et des descriptions de chansons de pokémon, ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas.J'ai abandonné d'essayer de les rejoindre et de faire corriger le tout tellement c'était compliqué.Je ne ferai plus affaire avec eux pour avoir un service impeccable ailleurs.Numéro de facture : 8108
