I booked an appointment for an estimate, nobody showed up. Called twice to see if they were coming and both times I was told they were going to call the estimator and call me back, they never called back.So unprofessional and disrespectful.UPDATE:Thank you James for your quick response, I have called your office and booked a new appointment for Tuesday.UPDATE 2:After a bit of a bumpy start I went ahead and hired Hamilton House Painters to do the job. There were a few minor issues but everything got settled and the job was completed to my satisfaction so, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.I must point out that James' commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, it deserves to be mentioned and applauded!!I will not hesitate to use Hamilton House Painters' services in the future.Thank you James.

Had them do a Drywall Job at my home and Mike did a great job , even coming in late nights to compete the job. Will do more work with them in future.
