We've had work done on our vehicles twice by Imperial. I can not express enough how exceptional the work and service is! They didnt say either time but I can tell they actually cleaned our vehicles before pickup. They had our rental booked for us before we dropped it off. It was a seamless transaction from start to finish. Thanks from Trina Fitzpatrick and Dan Layman!

A policy where you call your clients with an update at least once a week would be nice, especially if it drags on like mine did. Despite that I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Great quality work and customer service, Cameron was awesome to deal with.

The guys and girls that work there are so polite. They go out of there way to help you. I have went there a few times to get a simple fix done and they sent me on my way with a smile and no bill. Not even 10 buck bill. I had work done there in the past as far as body work and it was well done expect for a few things. They had it fixed in no time and I was completely satisfied ! Great job guys !

Unfortunately my experience with this shop has been a nightmare. It all started with them leaving my vehicle unlocked overnight allowing someone to access it and basically empty out all of my belongings which totalled roughly 700 dollars along with all my personal information including my address. It has been over a month now and I am still waiting for a “ cheque in the mail” to cover my stolen belongings. One would think the bad experience would end there but when they called to tell me the vehicle has been repaired and is ready for pick up I went in to inspect the work that has been done and noticed right away that the battery was partly disconnected and the washer fluid reservoir which they replaced was empty and installed improperly. Upon further inspection I noticed multiple fasteners around the wheel wells were missing and the rear bumper was not a colour match for the vehicle. To top it all off I noticed multiple scratches and dings around the areas which they worked. So here I am a month later waiting for reimbursement and the shop refuses to take responsibility for any damages and now the trim on my vehicle is falling off. They claim there is no rush to fix the issues on the vehicle cause it is safe to drive. I am honestly not looking forward to bringing the vehicle back in to their shop due to their poor workmanship and customer service. I know this is a long rant but I just wanted to share my terrible experience with Imperial Collision. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I unfortunately was hit from behind roughly a month and a half ago and chose to take my RAV4 to Imperial. Ryan and his team were amazing in contacting me immediately when my insurance company reached out to him, and they were calm and patient with my car issues (due to insurance not wanting to repair a portion of my car). My car was picked up yesterday and it is amazing the difference, the whole back(even the part that unfortunately couldn't be replaced) was painted and looks perfect. I was very impressed with the service of the staff and their politeness and kindness for such a stressful situation!

Shout out to Matthew and Matthew for helping me on Oct 28, 2021. They were so patient, courteous and kind. They definitely prioritized my needs and reassured me. They were able to service my vehicle right away, even though I only stopped in for a quote and the outcome is amazing. I am so relieved and grateful!

I have had work done on my car & the first two times were fairly good other then being treated like someone they didn’t like. Rather then a customer wanting work done.I had parts there and they had let an employee leave, I have allegedly missed multiple calls from the Owen. “No specific dates” even when asked so the manager stated they don’t have a bumper there so no bumper for you. Haha wow as if and then he wants to act like I’m milking the company like sir. Ryan on the other hand has Been put in situations talking with me his manager should have taken - only because he would be more knowledgable about the history of my vehicle.Going forth over been given three different dates on when my car will be out. Funny thing is they haven’t touched it while sitting in the lot for three months.Any insurance company will tell you that this is not the shop Togo through.On top of that if you try and be serious & calm you will be laughed at.Also don’t reply to this if your going to tell me to talk to your unprofessional staff.

I want to thank Cameron Thompson and the staff at ICC forthe great end to end service on my car repair.Hopefully, I won't become a regular customer however I will certainly recommend ICC services to anyone in need.Very professional, great service and excellent work!

I haven’t even got the quote yet but I went in today 15 minutes after they closed (5:15p), stressed by a minor fender bender that happened earlier in the day. The young man at the desk came outside, looked at my car and took pictures even though they were closed. He took the time when he could have easily said come back when we are open. Waiting for my quote, but I can tell you this gesture eased my worries!! Thanks so much...
