Nails R Us

Was taking my elderly Mom to this location to get her nails done every 2 weeks and mine done because she insists. Mom can only get regular polish ($29) and you get a stamp for $30. Since we always tip 20-25% and we get 2 done, our bill is usually around $70-$80. We would get 1 stamp and that’s cool. The last time the cheap old woman boss refused to give us a stamp, and said “someone made a mistake giving us a stamp before” but SHE is the one that stamped the damn card every time! So we will never go back. We will spend our money at their competitor. My Mom is 82 and deserves better. I feel sorry for the workers, they were good

Im super sad to say i had to quit eyelash extensions from here and i’m horrified of getting eye lash extensions ever again. I went here for a few months i always loved the way my lashes looked. i believe that since my lashes weren’t being isolated properly over time i had less and less eyelashes to work with and since i like them very full she would still do her best to give me full eye lashes but i did not have enough lashes for that. and then i think lashes were being placed too close to my eye lids and maybe even on my actual skin and glue was getting too close to my eye and too much glue was touching my eyes. I usually would have stinging sensitive eyes for 2-3 days after but i loved how they looked so i kept getting them done but up until the last time i went the stinging never went away it’s been over a week and my eyes still burn when i see any light and my vision is so bad now. i saw another girl in the reviews as well talk about swollen red flakey eyelids wich i also experienced. i had to take 4 days off of work just because of how much pain and discomfort i was in. I’m not 100% sure if it’s a problem with the kind of glue or the application but i know i kept my lashes very clean and im not the only one whos had a very serious reaction from the eyelash extensions here. I hate to be the one to write a bad review but i would never want anybody else to go through the pain that i’ve been over the last 2 months

Absolutely wonderful women, so kind and caring. Did an absolutely fantastic work on my nails. Definitely coming here often!

this is the first review I have ever wrote and am writing it because my experience here was so bad. I got a basic pedicure, and the girl who did it quite literally took a chunk out of the side of my toe because she filed it down so much. It started bleeding everywhere, people were alarmed, and when she was done I told the manager what happened. The manager made me take my sock and shoe off to show her what happened, and got some of the other girls to look. I asked for a discount and she reluctantly gave me 10% off. That’s two and a half dollars off a pedicure. I have never hit the no tip option so fast.

I was so disappointed the women started doing my nails, than another employee came up and she spoke to her in their language and she tells me she just has to do this women's brows and will be right back!!I can't tell you how rude that was..I went in for the Tuesday Special ($51.00) and because I wanted Shellac on my fingers and toes this changed the whole price, however she never said anything until they started soaking my feet she comes with a list for what I wanted it was going to cost$118.00, I said what I just want the $51.00 Tuesday special she said no I could 'nt have that because that special was only for regular nail polish oh I said than just do my nails, I told her I have never paid that much before at any place, she than told me they pay alot for rent and that is my problem how??I walked out of there she got no tip and I will never go back or tell anyone to go there.It's now Sunday and my nails have already chipped and will go somewhere else to get them redone!!They need to be more clearer on their specials!! It was my first and last time @ this place of businessand it was suggested by my sister and I phoned her while I was there and she said don't you dare pay that kind of $$!! I think this place is a complete joke,talk about taking advantage of the almighty $$.I have natural nails and because she put a pink powder on first, she than insults me and says cause she did thatThey are fake , how does that work ? Omgosh talk about being angry, she is lucky I held my tongue !! I left and never thanked her and no tip!!

I have been using Nails R Us since August and I absolutely love them. They offer a ton of services and everyone I’ve seen has been lovely. My mom has even started coming here :)

I started coming here years ago because it’s close to my house. I continue to come here for the great service! Wonderful people that always fit me in for a fill, or help me with a repair.I highly recommend them!

It’s hit or miss here. I’ve gotten a couple great manis, but once my gel mani was peeling within one week. I complained and got no discount on my fill.

We have been coming to nails r us every couple of weeks for at least 5 years. We’ve honestly have not had a bad experience to date. They’re always nice and welcoming, recognize us and give us top notch service. They always have been able to schedule us in for an appointment. Everyone is so kind and they want to ensure you have a relaxing time, but also leave with perfect nails. When I’ve chipped my nails (I’m clumsy) they’ve always repaired it, and been so kind. We love Nails R Us!! We tell everyone about this place, and a bunch of people we know get their nails/lashes done here too!! Love Nails R Us, you will too!!
