From the moment I arrived at CARSTAR Charlottetown, I knew I was working with professionals. Devin Dawson was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable with his estimate. CARSTAR had my car in and done in two days as promised. I have only one small negative. I had to call to find out if the car would be ready. It was a good thing I did. I barely had time to get out of the office and out to CARSTAR before they closed. They did a great job with the repair. Overall, I'll give them 5 out of 5.

Very professional, good service attitude and I got a quote very quickly. The only regret was the long waiting time, I was told I would have to wait over three months to start repair. If you had faster access to get parts, that would be perfect.

Service is very disappointing. Waited a very long time from the day the car was brought in to get an estimate. After few months of waiting, we finally get the car just because I called Nissan to check. Carstar staff said parts have not arrived but Nissan already installed it for them. Paid off everything in the invoice that they gave and never walk thru with us to handover the car. End up not having one of the wheels and inner fender not replaced but paid for the parts.

Couldn't be more pleased with the work done on my vehicle due to squirrels chewing wiring, etc. They replaced all the damaged parts and put the car back together perfectly. It looks like new! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them very highly.

I would highly recommend this business. Went in to check on getting a small problem with my bumper dealt with and was greeted as I entered the business. I explained what I wanted to find out and was introduced to another gentleman who promptly went and took a look at the problem. I was advised that this would not be a big issue and he would take a look at for me. Fifteen minutes later the bumper was back in place and I was on my way. Definitely a 5+ STAR.

I recently visited CARSTAR through insurance for repair and it was totally disappointing. They haven’t fixed the bumper properly and denied to fix it. Anyone visiting them, just make sure check everything properly before leaving. That’s why I have attached pictures below:

I was beyond pleased with the service I received. I needed to get some body work done on my vehicle after being in an accident and they were incredible to work with. They walked me through all the necessary repairs and made me feel comfortable, knowing my vehicle was in good hands. When I got my car back, it looked better than new!! 100% recommend.
