Arctic Spas Langley

Our swim spa was installed over a year ago (June 2019). We never owned private hot tub or pool, so we were wondering how would spa even fit into our lifestyles and how difficult it would be to take care of it, including the use of chemicals, maintenance etc.Most of the reviewers recommend to base the buying decision on finding an excellent dealer, but we failed to approach it this way. It was much easier to concentrate on our preferences in regards to product characteristics, like the water (fresh vs. salt), number of seats and pumps and other features like endless pool, price and delivery. We talked to 4 major dealers in our metropolitan area and Arctic Spa swim spa came as a clear winner to us. Pretty much all salespersons from their competition tried to discourage us from going with salt water system, however once we look into the Spa Boy feature and all the salt water technology Arctic developed and tuned up over the years, it became clear that going with salt water spa is the best choice for us. We soon realized that Reg runs excellent dealership with devoted and loyal employees. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very patient through out our decision-making process. He is a great and honest salesman and never “pushy”. His service man Bobby has work experience from the factory in Alberta and you cannot beat that kind of knowledge.As we were running behind schedule with our backyard preparation project, Arctic Spa worked around our schedule and delivered the Ocean Spa when we were ready for it. Our swim spa worked great from day one. There were some minor issues that needed to be addressed, and Reg and Bobby were always extremely quick to response and took care of anything that needed to be done. Yes, dependable dealer is extremely important.As for the swim spa itself, we couldn’t be happier. It is a superior product. The maintenance needed with the salt water system in connection with Spa Boy is minimal. The App is great too, you can set the temperature online even when out of town, also included is online monitoring of the pH and CL concentration.The experience with Arctic Spa Langley and Ocean swim spa truly exceeded our expectations and we are happy to recommend the company and the product.

OK I'm am the sort of person who has never once been bothered to write a customer review but we're so pleased with Arctic Spa that, after 5 years of enjoying our salt water Frontier tub, I gotta say to anyone thinking of getting a salt water tub from this company...go for it. Every day that I get out of the tub and don't smell like chlorine? Amazing. The fact that the tech team can support us remotely through the internet is so convenient. Spa Boy is brilliant technology - we literally don't need to do any water testing after we've filled the tub, which we do twice yearly. In 5 years, we've had to replace the salt electrode once. We also had to swap out some jets casings because metal screws were corroding - that was done free of charge by the company and we haven't had any trouble since. This is a great product with excellent customer support.

Ever since we purchased our swim spa, Kurtis, Mark, and the team have been super helpful to all of our tubbing needs. From chemical questions to service, the team has been nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend arctic spas Langley to anyone looking for a hot tub or swim spa! Any trouble we have encountered so far has been quickly corrected and compensated for the team. If I could give more then 5 stars we 100% would! Thank you to Kurtis and Mark especially for the very friendly and enthusiastic service!

I went to Arctic Spas to get two o-rings to replace my hot tub pump. The men were extremely helpful. They didn't have any in stock and said they were most likely in the service truck. They asked if they could call me when they got them in. I hadn't even made it back home and they called to let me know they had them. We don't know our hot tub make as it's old and we bought from a neighbor but I will be sending anyone who wants to buy a hot tub to Arctic Spas!!! Hands down best customer service I have received in a very long time!!

We purchased our spa nearly a year ago and our family loves it. We use our tub 5 -6 days a week. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful. We are big fans of the spa boy feature.

Love this store. Sunday morning to do list was pick up a few items for the hot tub, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great service, great advice as always and a real pleasure to deal with. Truly getting treated like family. Thanks for the awesome service guys!

Love our XL Tub! Have already had a party with 7 adults who fit comfortably. And it’s salt water so no more skin issues because of bromine. Service is amazing too. Any issues are fixed quickly and we have gotten free product. Everything has been top notch. If you’re looking for a new tub don’t even bother with any where else. These tubs are built for Canadian winters.

7 years later and we are still experiencing the same problems we had with our hot tub as day 1 of getting it. HORRIBLE salesman. Even worse customer service. And a hot tub that has never worked properly despite having water nearly a thousand dollars on various outside professional companies come in and diagnose our hot tub and Artic has never stepped up once. If this review deters one person from buying from this horrible store, job done. Go to Beachcomber, or Costco or ANYWHERE else but this place. We wasted 15000 dollars on something that has NEVER once worked properly.

We LOVE our salt water swim spa! Honestly it’s been the best investment we added to our property and lives:). Great service, fantastic year round spa, I’m a huge fan and I can’t say enough positive things.
