LOVE THIS PLACE! I would honestly give it 5 stars but yesterday when we went it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another 15 to get our grilled cheese, so it was a little ridiculous for the wait especially because they didn't look busy BUT it is always delicious and worth the prices. I love the flavors they have and the sizes are amazing as well! We will definitely be coming back here to enjoy more!

This is my go-to place for bubble tea! Everything about the shop feels welcoming and warm, and the drinks and food are phenomenal. Occasionally, (this has started happening to me the last few times I've gone,) the staff draw small, cute drawings on your order; it made my day! They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions and provide you with your order promptly, even if you have a larger order. The people who work there are generally very friendly and will help you out with your order if you are struggling to make one choice, which I appreciated my first few times going. I'd highly recommend if you have kids or are simply stopping by the area, wonderful shop!

so nostalgic every time i come here! they have great boba and i really like their taro swirl bubble tea. super yummy. i love that you can come here to play board games as well, just an overall good cafe.

I’m a big fan of boba and this is one of my favourite places to visit. The staff are all super friendly and help me pick my drink whenever I’m indecisive. They have a nice variety of drinks, the most popular ones. I wish they had a bigger food selection that isn’t too pricey but other than that this place is amazing. The boba also tastes good so check it out when you can!

Love everything about this place! Won’t say it’s the best bubble tea in town, but it’s their small adjustments that make them the best for me at least! They can put honey stevia or sweetener instead of sugar! And replace regular milk with your choice of milk, free of cost! Moreover best thing they add a whey protein scoop. Definitely try them out! Try their mango milk tea! Awesome taste

Fantastic! The best bubble tea shop I have been to. I have been here more than three times before writing a review. I highly suggest to order ‘Surprise me’ as your drink and give your preference. They will happily create a concoction that is absolutely delicious. It is a cute place with many things you can buy. Very Kawaii.The flavours of the teas are also cery hold and delicious. With a variety if popping bubbles which are my personal favourite, a variety of flavoured jellies.My go to order is a mango non-milk with strawberry jelly and passion fruit bubbles. Mix and match find out what works for you the possibilities are endless

Great Bubble Tea. Fast Service. Great Overall experience. My only problem is they don’t accept Cash. This directly hurts poor people. Many poor people ONLY have cash and don’t have debit / credit or cellphones to pay with. Please accept cash for the benefit of many poor in Waterloo region who ONLY pay with cash. As an added benefit of cash the mega corporation credit card companies and big corrupt banks get 0% of the transaction. 4/5 stars.

The place has the best Bubble Tea in Waterloo area! The folks who work here are so sweet and a ball of happy energy. I have tried their bubble tea multiple times and it’s always great.They also have little desserts which are great. I’ve never tried their sandwiches here though. They no longer have a dining area so it’s takeout only. The pricing is very nominal.The store also houses a variety of items - board games/ toys and stuff from other local businesses depending on the time of the year. I’ve gotten some lovely finds here! It’s a great way to support local businesses. Definitely must visit to grab a beverage at least.

This seems to be the most popular bubble tea place in Waterloo and I can see why. The customised drinks are so good and the quantities are fantastic. The aesthetic is also perfect to just sit down with friends. But because it's so popular you usually have to wait in line for your drinks and it takes a bit.
