From the very first moment I called Local Physiotherapy for help, I was very impressed with Kara, front line representative, who was so helpful, and compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure that I was fit in a very tight schedule with Derek. I was also very impressed with Derek, who was referred to me by my GP and recommended by my ENT. Derek is so professional, kind and understanding and provided me with exercises to be done at home prior to my next appointment. I am so relieved to know that my well being is in the hands of Derek, Physiotherapist, who is proficient in his field of expertise.

Every time I have gone to LOCAL Physiotherapy I've had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and courteous. They always give me tips on how to improve my health. I've never felt that they want me to keep coming to appointments if is not necessary. They show you what you need to do to improve, give you homework then do a few follow up appointments to make sure you are on the mend.I strongly suggest you see the LOCAL for you physiotherapy needs.

I have attended LOCAL Physiotherapy on a number of occasions, for different reasons. Derrick has been amazing in his diagnosis and treatment of positional vertigo, ‘frozen’ hip and tendinitis in the upper arm. He is an exceptional listener, and spends the required time working on the area with the appropriate and effective treatment. Derrick is very effective in providing activities and exercises for independent work. He works to get the area healed as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Overall, LOCAL Physio is well thought out and well equipped. There is nothing mediocre about this place!

I have been a patient of Derek for several years, and have received treatment for knee and shoulder injuries from sports, as well as a neck injury from a car accident. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the rehabilitation process, and in developing programs to prevent further injuries. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and I had a very positive experience. It's very clean, has great parking right out front, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. A friend of mine had suggested I see Derek for the vertigo and dizziness episodes I was having and he was so nice - not to mention professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
