We hired Lapland Construction to replace the shingles on our 40x30 garage. They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up the mess after they were done. The job looks great and we thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

We contracted Lapland Construction to replace our entire roof shingles etc and INSTALL skylights . Shingles blew off the roof in the first year. They charged us to fix that.Leaks occurred at the sidewall in the first year where the step flashing was not relaced or repaired. The contractor was called about the leaks and made an attempt with caulking to repair the leak. When l called again due to water damagein the same spot he said it was no longer under warranty. I had written her in the first year they had come by in the first year. When we had the roof replaced after twelve years because huge sections of shingles had blown offand caused mammoth water damageto rooms below , it was found the shingles had not been applied properly. The nails had been applied 2 inches above the designated nail line thus the shingles were only secured at one point and not two rows as per the building code. This caused the shingles to not be secured as per maNUFacturers directions and blow off the roof during storms.. All the shingles were like this., System Care showed us the shingles and the flaw of the installation
