Sweet Rock Ice Cream
The service was good but I found the ice cream to be very expensive and average tasting. Also, it would be nice if there were signs directing people where to park. I was there all of ten minutes and within that time two vehicles stopped in the middle of the road (probably to check if the place was open) and then proceeded to either park on the side of the road (which slowed the flow of traffic) or made a turn to search for parking. Unfortunately this did not make the other drivers very happy.

The ice cream is delicious but it is expensive. $6 for a double scoop in a regular cone, $1.50 extra for a waffle cone. But, if you believe in supporting local businesses trying to make a go of it (like we do) then you dont mind paying a bit more. Plus, they have exceedingly comfortable Adirondack chairs with a million dollar view that you can take in while you enjoy your $6 icecream.

Delicious homemade ice cream, at the top of the hill in Trinity, and in Bonavista. Service is great, friendly, and helpful, lots of selection. Nice job folks.

Sweet Rock Ice Cream
2 waffle cones were $18 + a tip of $2. They didn't have enough ice cream for 2 of the flavour that we wanted so I said 'top it off with another flavour'. Either she didn't hear or didn't care. She handed me 2 half filled cones and said 'sorry we don't have any more of that'. Are you kidding? That's a ripoff IMO. This is a 'slick' business.

Delicious ice cream. Between the two of us we tried 3 flavours - maple walnut, blueberry, vanilla. All were very delicious and we could not pick a favourite. Store smells amazing when you enter with the smell of chocolate. Highly recommend a stop here.
