We recently purchased a property Morwenna had listed. We were looking to relocate to Saskatchewan and Morwenna was tremendously helpful through the entire buying process. She was easy to deal with and made herself available.A tip to any out of province purchaser is to have a deposit of less than $10k as Saskatchewan is somewhat difficult to deal with business wise. Not nearly as easy as Ontario realty but got completed none the less.
