I'm just leaving LA Nails with my cousin and we had a wonderful experience! Tia did such a great job on my nails and she has the cutest personality. Nam and Jenny did our pedicures and let me tell you. The massage was out of this world. They both take their time time and really care about doing a good job. There wasn't that 'assembly line' feeling that I know some of you guys know what I'm talking about. I will definitely be back, especially for the pedicure.

I really appreciated the customer service and patience received here.No crowding, just nice women who do a thorough job.I like that it is clean and the nail techs are knowledgeable and professional. I have sensetive cuticles (excessive biting) and they were very gentle and careful not to inflict pain when using the drill. Loved the outcome! Loved the service. I think this might be my go to nail salon despite living an hour away.

The nails don't last unfortunately. I paid for a gel manicure and it chipped after two days. I went back to get one nail fixed but a few days later there were more chips. I called the business owner to explain the issue and she didn't care.

I did not get the name of the lady who did my nails, but she did a really lovely job! This place is a hidden gem for sure, I went in for a vday themed set and they turned out so cute! She was so gentle and thorough with her process I noticed as well.

I absolutely loved this place. I have been to around 8 different nail salons in the GTA and this is by far the best ever. The lady was so gentle with my nails which I appreciate because my nails are so thin from acrylics and the shape turned out amazing. I will always come back!

Had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they even attempted a style I asked for which was above and beyond. I opted for a simplified style instead and I couldn't be happier with the results, the attention to detail is amazing. My mother and I both got pedicures and it was relaxing and they did a great job even on my tiny toes. Would recommend and will be returning.

My sisters and I went out for pedicures at L.A. Nails today. We had not been there before but chose the salon based on Google reviews. Do not let the run down state of the Midtown mall fool you. This is an absolutely lovely salon with great staff and great prices. They were friendly and focused and did a great job. We were all very happy. A few hours later, my sister got a call from the salon, they discovered they had over-charged her by $5 accidentally. We were so happy that they called, it was something that could have been easily overlooked. My sister told them to keep the extra $5 because we had such a good experience.
